The Escape of 3 female Wolbachia Mosquitoes in Singapore was considered dangerous enough to abandon the project altogether and radiate the females.
In Bali at least half of the breeding program mosquito eggs will be breeding biting females.
I was reading about your great strategy of Hankamrata, for total people defense. It is very different from other countries. Thank you in advance for using your power to veto this attack on the people of Bali. Even on a biological level, we are below mosquitoes in the food chain.
Why will WMP not answer questions on safety and efficacy?
Thank you as well for looking into why Bali has been put under pressure to accept such an invasive species, without 1) any regulation, or 2) disclosure of the IP Technology, 3) denial of the genetic engineering involved, and 4) without the majority of the government even knowing about it, let alone being engaged in the planning process.
National-scale Health Crime
Why would anyone weaponize health? To give an example of a national-scale health crime, all Irish women are offered free cervical smear tests to check for early signs of cancer. Those cell samples were collected and sent to laboratories but not one sample was tested. The public only found out because so many women either died or had very advanced cancer because they were not diagnosed in time.
Harvesting Blood
Blood, cervical cells in particular as they are so fertile but also cells from the PCR tests inserted so close to the brain/blood barrier up the nose, all share data on our once-unique DNA, and without our consent. This is the biggest business in the world right now. What is the source and who is the supplier of the blood to breed the 200 million eggs WMP Denpasar have ready?
FOI - What can the IP Technology do?
I am hoping you will use Freedom Of Information requests to find out if the 200 million Wolbachia IP Technology Mosquitoes will be able to transmit detailed information on our DNA and composition of our blood, even if the mosquitoes are killed after they bite? Microbes never die that is why we have to be so careful about disposing of the eggs produced here already and closing down the Denpasar factory.
Free Service in exchange for data
The mosquitoes may be offered to us free but, just like Whats App, the collection of data, using an apparently free service, gives the company offering the free service a very valuable return on their investment (like the charitable gift of education and research to Monash University but then putting in the IP Technology for their own data purposes.
WHO Treaty
Men and women in Bali mainly take responsibility for their own health and they used to have a right to bodily integrity and to make their own choices as to treatments.In the Covid 19 years we all learnt to accept unhealthy and badly-thought through public health strategies and treatments. Imagine when governments agree to the World Health Organization's Pandemic Global Treaty, in April 2024, Bali and Indonesia as a whole will not have a choice. The WHO may even ban traditional medicine, ceremonies and offerings. Indeed, ahead of the mosquito release, there has been a ban put in place of the one detergent that is known to kill the eggs. It is disarming to forbid the one effective substance available.
The bigger plan for Denpasar is much more strategic but not in the interests of Indonesia. There was research into turning Denpasar into a Smart city going on at the same time but, at a different Indonesian University, and then the 5G technology in the city will control the smart systems. Consider what has to happen to a city if you want to replace it altogether?
Everything can be traced back to funding by Bill Gates, Regulatory Approval by the WHO and patented protection from any liability, by the military on biosafety grounds. Allowing this to continue means that Health, Conservation, Climate Action, Agriculture and soon all of nature will have been weaponized.
Two major impositions of new technology
This release is an attack on national and personal freedom and dignity. But it is still only a strategic cover up for other weapons, already burdening public health. Consider the harm that has been already been done and the level of stress on public health by rolling out 5G without any critical research or control group. When we raised concerns, the only answer we got was 'The WHO says it's safe".
Unfair choices

It has to be considered if there is any planned interaction with 5G possible through the artiificial intelligence in the mosquitoes. Also last month Bali had the AIS Technology conference where there was a lot of Security but the Security services should have been inside to hear the biotech products and trade deals that were decided in there. All very dangerous. In the terms of public education, pharmaceutical industry story is developed: If you won't take the mosquitoes, you'll have to take a vaccine. If you won't take a vaccine, you’ll have to take the new engineered pyrethroid fogging in your home. If you don't take the fogging, you'll have to accept the curfews - and the news already is to stay indoors at certain biting times of day. And if you won't accept the curfew, you'll be noticed and contacted at once by the smart tracking in your city and detained, on the pretext of protecting your neighbour or public health.
I hope I am wrong but these are patterns that are very established, like in the classical civilisation stories of the Trojan Horse when what appears to be a gift of a huge wooden horse turns out to be full of enemy soldiers. We have to remember that there are several wars going on but America is the most dominating, with its covert biological operations being welcomed in every country as charitable and good for our health. The US military has already used Dengue as a bioweapon and gene drives are mainly funded by the military as bioweapons - offensive and defensive. . The mosquito release is a gene drive because every mosquito is infected with Wolbachia, over-riding the natural laws of inheritance when only half the genes should be passed down from each parent. WMP deny it is a gene drive.
Gain of function makes an organism a bioweapon - 1) adding a bacteria to a species of mosquito that does not carry it in nature 2) The bacteria will innoculate the mosquito to reduce the infections mosquitoes get of other bacteria and viruses: Innoculating always drives more deadly or virile variants of the pathogens, eventually, to compete and survive. Before the mass releases of mosquitoes in Brazil, Zika was a mild illness.
Movement of Mosquito Eggs A Risk
Mosquito eggs are a bioweapon, as the WMP must know that all the diseases that a female has are passed down, and found in the eggs at birth. WMP are planing factories in countries with different diseases to Bali. So they will be importing those diseases. The eggs are viable for 12 months just waiting to be rehydrated and so are convenient for deployment. Totally the opposite, the WHO are saying mosquitoes are migrating because of climate change. Mosquitoes don't migrate, Aedes Aegypti fly a few hundred metres maximum. You are having to deal with layer upon layer of marketing, coercion and manufactured consent.
Historical Moment of Choice
I am so grateful of your openness to really explore all the stakeholders in this project, and still prioritize the people and Bali's nature and sanctity. I see your meeting, and this decision as humanity's last chance to stop this hidden war. It has to be before the WHO Amendments. They will then make their own decisions legally binding. Then they can decide what technology they will deploy and when, without explanation or independent testing or giving any notice.
No funding for critical research
There is a systemic problem that it has always been very difficult to find critical research into bio-safety, risks and mistakes because it isn’t funded by the industry doing the research.
Then governments, instead of formulating adequate regulations, have just let biotech bypass regulation altogether. Please let yours be the meeting of a serious and responsible government that exercises the Cautionary principle and 1) stops the release, 2) carefully disposes of the eggs and 3) forbids any other biotech entry to Bali - like the marine technology and the vaccine factory.
Compensation If Needed For Bali
Later, Indonesia may be able claim compensation from the WHO and Microsoft on a number of valid grounds. It could fund real infrastructure improvements and worthwhile critical research that honours nature and human nature, in Indonesian Universities.
