"Ireland Is Joining CERN what does that mean for us", RTE asked.
1. It means another thing that we have not given consent for, nor been offered a referendum. It means a license for corporations to dig 6 metre diameter tunnels 20 metres under Ireland's landscape to harvest minerals and gold and everything else they can get their greedy paws on.
2. Joining CERN doesn't mean anything like it sounds. It is not some club of enthusiasts for sustainability, conservation, sovereignty, or even economy.
3. CERN is a ludicrous dangerous exercise of trying to collide neutrons at a thousands of miles an hour. The likelihood of explosion is extremely high. This is a video of me when I visited CERN last year and learned that the neutrons are going twice as fast as they were in 2012. No doubt they have found a way for them to go even faster and that is why they have chosen Ireland https://lnkd.in/eP8ydXuW because it is an island far from their head quarters that they won't miss if it becomes uninhabitable or sinks into a black hole all of its own.
4. CERN is a backdoor for French nuclear. The French have all the components for nuclear and they've already built a pipe to Ireland. Presumably, the Irish contingent at the peace talks had to agree to allowing CERN and its vast water cooling requirements in exchange for help in Ukraine or a seat at the table.
The French government's EDF, like our ESB are already here putting up built-to-fail wind turbines, nearly as tall as the Eiffel Tower but less grand more noisy, to strip the value of properties in a 10 mile radius by 60%.
5. It means a lot more data centres, (CERN have 500,000 data centres process thousands and millions of instant and meaningless information already) They need to keep these cool, like the Amazon data centres already here that require the same water and power usage as all Irish homes put together.
6. That means a lot more rain, artificial rain, which the government and EU are not even admitting to yet, even though it has saturated the fertility out of all farmland. That doesn't mean the government can just acquire that land to build on - or rather sell to developers.
7. We do not consent to CERN. We do not consent to A Word Pleanala. We the people are home on the land and soil and they must go away and stop this madness.

This is a video of me when I visited CERN last year. Our visit to CERN where even at the head quarters of CERN they make no statement as to WHY they are doing this dangerous research.
