Practicing Consciousness

Clear geopathic stress build up initially and get yourself back down to 7.83 hertz. Then just try and remember for the full day that pain isn't bad. It isn't even something wrong. It is simply a bit of information arising for healing. It is experienced as pain because of your own resistance to acknowledging the bit of information. If this resistance is great and goes on for years, it becomes manifest in the body as disease. The healing remains the same, just bring your attention to it without judgement. Notice what thoughts are associated with the pain. Unravel bit by bit the holds of denial, avoidance and fear. More understanding will come. Memories may come. Often a heightened agony will flicker across your awareness. Spend a little time acknowledging each new aspect. When you have cleared enough for the time being, bring the new information to zero point energy and watch for change in 3D. Don't worry if you don't know what any of these frequencies are just try it!

Space Clearing is Conscious Acknowledgement of Your Environment, DIY Guide Part One

How To Live As One by Frances Micklem - A Guide Available on the above link from Amazon or from my website www.healingbyfranc.com

SPACE CLEARING
Mother Earth is fragile at the moment. We must prioritize our intentions.
Clear
Clear yourself first - toxicity, heavy metals, geopathic stress, mental, physical, emotional etc. Don’t skip this bit. You can’t clear anything if you’re not clear yourself. Well you can but all you do is wander off with it without realizing it and assimilate it into your own body. Worth avoiding! Clear fear - this includes the affirmation there is no energy greater or smaller than you and there is no energy good or bad, everything just is.
Every turbulence is resolved and rendered harmless when acknowledged consciously.
Reactions
You are there to acknowledge and respond so learn how to avoid going in to a reaction.
So, as preparation to do a specific space clearing, you clear with the pendulum, any chance of going into reaction. Signs of going in to reaction are feeling ‘oh no, there feels like a dark presence here’, spontaneous fatigue or throwing up everywhere - like I did the other day! Engaging and enquiring about the stories of a place also invite reaction. For example, when you’re clearing a place where 3 people have committed suicide, its been burnt down and rebuilt, nothing will grow in the garden and there are still stretches of famine wall running along the side of the garden for example, stay methodical! Just do what you do. When you get to the bit when you’re talking to the inhabitants (even if that’s you) notice the feelings that come up around those stories and clear those. Only if you do things in this order will you expand your own awareness, clear the place and then harmonize the energies of the inhabitants to their environment. You are bringing a whole stretch of reality into an experience of zero resistance and more importantly into the frequency of zero point energy. This is self generating, self healing and self supporting energy. This isn’t just some spiritual human experience of ok ness or feeling a bit better. In electrical terms, we can function at 7.83 hertz but due to industry and geopathic stress, we are coping with electrical frequencies of up to 350 hertz. Because it is familiar we literally choose homes and scenarios that resonate at a frequency we’re used to. That’s like making a bee line for a live wire, to repeat the physical, mental or emotional shocks or to keep up the huge stress on our systems. Bear in mind, anything above the 7.83 htz interferes with messages from brain to body to co ordinate basic functions like breathing, growing and learning of any sort...hence cot deaths, learning and behavioural difficulties, cancer, heart attacks and MS and other nervous system crises.

My method
Clear earth energies and clear metaphysical energies.
Find them with the dowsing rod and clear them with the pendulum.
As your body gets used to meeting certain information, it clears more easily.
The familiarization programme I set myself ten years ago was to go to ancient places of prayer, protection, conflict and untouched nature. I became fearless and keen to spread the benefits. Until this week. The overload I experienced in the last fortnight that made me realize everyone should clear their own, or not as wished, included
A doctor’s surgery, an addictions support network, an incapacitated senior bank manager, a peaceful resolution for Egypt, a farm of geopathic bogged down land, desperate finances and struggling animals, five witnessed road kills - hedgehog, pheasant, two cats and a badger, one car crash, geopathic stress and 700 years of metaphysical history for Esquires cafe where I have my exhibition up of paintings and the same for Comer library where I have the other half of my work. Then there were two people who had been off work with unmanageable stress; sending to the light of 7 beloved parents, 3 children, 2 beloved horses, one dog, three broken relationships over 20 years in length and abuse, insecurity, poverty and pain for about 30 people and their families. So, find and create energy flows into and around your home. Every doorway, every stick of furniture, every occurrence, notice it, clear it and take your time. This is life! You can either be wired to the moon or your nearest pylon or you can unwind like this!

To think or feel

We could have anticipated that getting in touch with our feelings was going to be potentially lethal. What’s the point you might ask when we can reason our way in and out of every scenario? The problem is that all our minds and reasoning faculty repeatedly affirms is total separateness - us from everyone and everything else - and that can only create a reality that is a nightmare.

The clearings I did to explore this were first some ones to get back to the self and see if I had any feelings. Not that I doubted it for a minute! I looked at what I was creating. It included being taken completely for granted. Once I cleared that, I spotted that it was just an outside demonstration of how I completely take myself for granted. For example, I expect myself never to go wrong, let anybody down, to be positive, be aware, be compassionate, bounce back from illness, heal any trouble on any scale for anybody and make time to do it.

That made me realize that we put other people or ourselves under great pressure, depending on whether we stay in victim, blame, stress and depression response mode or if we move into self awareness, full responsibility and clearing empowerment mode. Both are a polar axis of each other - one blaming the outside world and others and one blaming one self.

As is the problem with reasoning, both these resulting behaviours and dynamics repeatedly affirm that we are totally separate from each other and doing a good or bad job of hanging in there as an individual dot in a huge landscape. So to re-hinge myself I did a clearing for the old favourite self acceptance, then one to align myself with behaviour that honours the self (this is different from comfort or gratification of cravings as its a deeper reference point you look to that knows what you’re learning and what the highest good and purpose and what not are!) Then, this morning I did an epic clearing to come back to oneness and being a part of everything. Busy schedule you might think but that was just the start...

You will have noticed that the universe is great at creating real life, temporal experiences right away to challenge what you’ve just learnt. Technically we should welcome that as it provides the opportunity for deeper healing and tangible change. What happened for me this time was I went to work and processed a whole lot of very bad feelings for someone who’d felt them for a very long time and I was sick all the way home! So I was shown that there are some feelings I still have physical resistance to. I was also shown that I do not honour myself by relieving endless toxicity from people, especially when I get paid about the amount of the petrol to get there. I had thought it was a calling to a certain extent as I know how to do it. But today I have reassessed this.

So the bad news is if you’d hoped to one day have your house and body cleared by yours truly of its geopathic stress and history of interesting identifications, you have missed your chance. The good news is I probably already have. From now on I will only be teaching how to do it...and that only when I feel like it. I might just write and avoid talking to anybody except loving well adjusted people in clear, warm and already hospitable places! x

Stress Management

Ideally there should be a nation-wide plan implemented for stress management. Firstly, everyone is affected. Pessimism and anxiety are common place and are considered simply realistic. Furthermore, stress travels through every surface available and no one even knows what is transmitted through our bodies from the operations of wireless systems. Electrical activity causes stress on the body, re-wiring our sensitive circuits to the stronger currents passing through - hence the expression wired to the moon. Geopathic stress emits toxic gases to relieve faulting pressure and every stretch of land and city holds heaps of history too, mainly of hardship. All this has always been playing on your fragile nerves. Then you have your own life story to attach the stress too. Its equally valid, full of hardship, responsibility and uncertainty and there you have it. You have made the stress your own. Without realizing it, you own the stress fully and quite quickly it takes shape in your body in the form of high blood pressure, relationships breaking down or something else.

There are two parts to managing stress. One is becoming aware of it in your environment. The more you are conscious of, the less it is wearing you down behind the scenes. You might end up running a mile from some places, looking for new work or spending every weekend by the sea but you will be aware and responding, rather than soldiering on. Secondly, choose not to identify with it or own it. It comes up, its familiar but its not who you are. Its one of many feelings that are around, so only acknowledge it and then put another thought and feeling in place. I have come to say to myself ‘this is not yours or mine, it just is.’ Be determined in moving on and not drenching every cell of your body in the anxiety and adrenalin. There is a part of you that is peaceful and still, return there as often as you remember to.

What is love?

You can only experience love to the extent that you can show it to yourself. That’s also the upper limit to what you can bestow on significant others too. If you deep down loathe yourself, feel you don’t deserve much and think you’re missing a vital part that might make you human or lovable, then you might want to start exploring this question. If you are currently being abused around the clock by everyone you meet, again you’re up against a twisted understanding of love. It comes in many forms that all have their merits but, in short, love is a willingness to be present and pay attention.

As you cultivate a relationship with yourself you find out gradually what is holding you back, it may be painful or cringe worthy events. It may be fear of rejection. Its likely to be any number of mental and emotional experiences. So love is also the commitment to explore your own blocks and triggers as a welcome part of your inner landscape. In relationships, this translates into an ever expanding comfort zone of shared experience with your partner. Romantic love, projection of your hopes and dreams, needs, obsessions and intensity all get a lot of bad press but they all have their part to play in the grand theatre of our lives! Why not!

Letting Go

You might be surprised to hear how hopeless many people are at letting anything go. Some people say well yes, I’ve forgiven but I’ll never forget. Others say, oh I hardly ever think of it but it was definitely quite damaging at the time. People with a cause are even more tenacious. This may be in support of an underdog or it may be because they have a strong ethical perspective but nevertheless people hang on to every detail, whether they’re aware of it or not. If we look further afield, or at least in to one, we notice that trees know a thing or two about the rhythms and seasons of nature. They don’t hold on to their leaves, they let them fall. Without fear or a shadow of a doubt, they demonstrate their trust that more leaves will grow.

We can practice letting the things we are emotionally attached to go. This should be a systematic exercise, lining up as many apparently good and bad people or things each time in your mind’s eye. Simply deciding to let go of your attachment to your partner or children for ten minutes allows a healthy breathing space. This is because relationships are often obscured by dynamics of guilt and anxiety. We are supposed to enjoy ourselves and each other. For this to happen, it is really beneficial to let go of years of conditioning as well, again just by consciously choosing to. Incidentally, the tao understanding of making love is that it should have nine courses, with all sorts of rapture and ending in the woman’s complete letting go, into bliss. The man’s role in this being one of butler, glad to be of service, perhaps! Anyway that’s one incentive to give it some time. The other main reason to keep letting everything go, however challenging, is because bitterness and resentment will follow otherwise and probably end in an ulcer!

Have been clearing illusiveness, trouble and to shift the dynamic from building blocks to reaping what we've sown. All highly recommended, as is my one the other day for punctuality. I didn't think I'd see the day but I've been on schedule ever since. Very peaceful!

How to heal a broken heart

The problem with a broken heart is that it is love and grief tied in a very big knot. One minute you think you’re tugging loose a strand of grief and ready to move onwards and upwards, only to find you’ve tightened the hold of your heart strings. The tension leads to breaking point. It doesn’t take much. Someone can unexpectedly show you a small kindness and you find yourself in a heap. You can have just taken a shine to someone only to jump to the feeling of having been used. More often, you shut down and privately vow never to feel anything at all again. This level of bad feeling can carry through generations as cellular memory and manifests again and again as heart attacks and cancer. So its fairly important to heal your heart. This can be done by acknowledging what’s stored there.

The heart is a tetrahydral shaped muscle and as such can hold millions upon millions of bits of information and frequencies, without them conflicting. The way people have it set up emotionally though is like a love heart-shaped room with one or two incongruous pieces of furniture in it, that must be avoided or run into - picture a suite consisting of a three seater sofa of guilt, an armchair of sadness and another armchair of some unfamiliar but toxic-looking material. The result is that no hopeful feeling can get past and no tentative idea can receive your full investment. Once you have the realization that your heart can handle anything by being open and receptive, you know everything you need to know. The emotional charge that surrounded your worst memories and fears starts to disperse. The shock leaves the rest of your body too, leaving you less reactive and more able to respond instead. Your heart returns to its harmonious flow of information in and out. You will be able to experience the whole spectrum of feelings from creative and blissful through to enraged or painful without judging any of them as good or bad. Best of all though, you will be able to freely express your love again at will.
