The natural assets, ecosystems, natural processes of the planet are not owned by any corporation or person, the intrinsic value is ours.
Men and women have employed you in public service, when you, the men Pascal, Simons from the Coveney and Harris families, Leo from the Varadkar family, and Stephen from the Donnelly family and your agents, Paddy from the Hayes Family and Pat from the Nugent family acting for the ESB, and the Bar society - under whose auspices you have attempted to hide your hostile, mercenary activities, theft and treason - have been engaged in Genocide under the International Criminal Court Act 2001, specifically the elements:
1. The perpetrator killed or caused the death of one or more persons: The implementation of lethal technologies with foreign direct investment and through destitution.
2. Such person or persons belonged to a particular national, ethnical, racial or religious group: The superior jurisdiction of all men and women has been denied. Because corporations cannot deal with living people, we have been mis-represented as corporate entities ourselves in order for corporations to coerce us into the burden of debts, undisclosed contracts and illegal fund-raising for war. Men and women
have been prevented from meaningful influence, decision-making, spending power, ability to regulate, protect their own property and families or even communicate non- consent.
3. The perpetrator intended to destroy, in whole or in part, that national group, as such: Indeed you, the aforementioned defendants, intend to continue to do it (see email from ‘Health Minister’ Stephen Donnolly’s office, letter from CEO ESB, Simon Coveney cover up of food fraud) You have knowingly sold our resources and assets, enslaved and turned all offices against us for mercenary objectives, most notably the courts and an Garda Schiocana, We have been assaulted by lies misrepresenting military technology as infrastructure, acts, statutes and policing to criminalise the population, misappropriation of public money while people rendered homeless and unable to grow organic food or keep warm. You have destroyed the economy of small independent businesses and refused a public banking system, in adherence to the WEF, other shadow directors and your personal agendas. You have reduced fertility and ability for healthy reproduction and destroyed quality of life, threatening and directly administering biotechnology to incapacitate, computerise, control, exploit the human body and all the energy we produce on the behest of patent holders, whose patents should never have been allowed, as they pose an existential threat and complete indignity.
4. The conduct took place in the context of a manifest pattern of similar conduct directed against that group or was the conduct that could itself affect such destruction. Ignorance will be no defence. You have ignored non-compliance and the fraud as you know has gone on for over a hundred years.
And if Ireland is already adhering to the US Military, NATO with United Nations Security Council laws unto themselves - the US being the only country who wouldn’t sign the 2001 International Criminal Court Act, then the US’ Genocide Convention Implementation Act of 1987 (the Proxmire Act) applies. Either way, there is genocide and there will be penalties associated.

You are all in receipt of personal notices from me and those I work with, in regard to public tenders, planning objections, covid crimes, food fraud and other terrorism, treachery, treason, violations of international law, our own Baurnracht which was given to the people with inalienable rights laid out, and unchecked enslavement and violence against people, animals, the land and contrary to the laws of the land and natural law.

So far this is a civil matter and so you have another opportunity to admit the systemic fraud and make the remedy of one million euros to every Irish man and woman, from your slush fund. As we now attempt to put a value on the compensation due, we have to look at the harms, losses and injuries but also have to look at the opportunity costs of what you have done to humanity, animals and our land. I enclose the fee schedule sent to the

They have the authority and grounds to abolish these corporate institutions and men and women have now lodged our instruction to do that, as a class action, The schedule holds some of the public contracts i personally have entered into with other men and women. We were never told that you as a corporation, a dead entity, cannot enter a contract with living people. To think of all the work that has been done and wealth extracted. This has been projects to protect and support the initiatives of the people’s assemblies, retreats, growers, rescues, lawful governance, and courts in the absence of legitimate ones. Until now we have had no recourse to justice on any front.

I declare the superiority of our jurisdiction over corporations and over you our employees in public service, and require the release from debt and acquittal of all mankind, now and forevermore, for all their debts have been prepaid and all illusions and separations have been overcome.
Maybe once we lived devoid of conscience but now we know to consciously walk upon the land. We declare that we have lived under the law of the land and the principles of God’s law and neither we nor any part of us, nor any representation of us is bound by any other law.
We have returned to life, to have and give and live abundantly, free of debt and war and all lies that there is any scarcity at all. We claim for men and women throughout the world as we remember the truth that all debts have been forgiven and all our debts are prepaid
