there are a lot of things happening that should not be happening. i am sorry to say that they are all being facilitated, in part, by the universal postal union, through postal fraud and through your failure to properly oversee commerce, the upu’s main responsibility. each underlined heading below will be worded as a sentence that the universal postal union’s mea culpa could refer to. A mea culpa is a self-blame decree issued by leadership and would be a way to publicize the upu’s settlement of this matter, affecting as it does all men and women and all commerce. the mea culpa would provide a remedy by the upu leading by example involving a) the upu taking responsibility, instead of using privileges and diplomatic immunity to avoid liability and due diligence. b) using the mea culpa as a public announcement, circulated by the universal post office service, providing full disclosure of the fraud and c) providing an education in the power of the peoples’ true jurisdiction on the land and d) renewing the upu’s dedication to its universal service obligation e) publicly informing the military, banks, corporations, programs, governments and smaller

diminutions of their crimes and f) giving them notice that they are to be abolished g) deliver liquidation orders and h) oversee the safe decommission of the grotesque mutations of nature and the facilities where they have been researched at public expense. i) enforce the formal and actual return of the whole new natural asset class and the original assets loaned to the world bank to their rightful heirs, we the people.

the upu’s complicity in the land grab and extortion of money has gone on for more than one hundred years and so now you and i must find a way to return full ownership and governance to the people

i cannot overstate the gravity of the situation. the corporate institutions are blatantly hostile having engineered a fraudulent banking system of debt enslavement. this involves unlawful taxes to fund wars and the deployment of military technologies, on the pretext of communications infrastructure and security. please let the corporate institutions know that we unanimously withdraw our consent to this.

most recently, the ownership of ecosystems and natural processes - like, for example, photosynthesis, precipitation and carbon sequestration - are to be claimed and traded on the stock market. it is heralded as a new class of asset, of intrinsic value, which of course it is. we the people need you, masahiko, to establish that the assets are ours. they are ours to benefit from and ours to look after. i frances am writing to you, to ask that you ensure that confirmation of our legitimate claim on the natural assets definitely reaches the stock market. as well, we need the upu’s assistance in facilitating the return of the assets loaned to the world bank and due to be returned since 2005. there must be no ‘natural asset companies’. instead the unincorporated people must all receive confirmation of our allodial rights and full ownership of our private property. the universal postal union and post office network must function to support us in our jurisdiction, superior to all commerce.

allodial rights recognise the integral connection between people, animals and our environment, as deep into the ground and as high into the atmosphere as we feel is important. the ionosphere we know is within our dominion because of the shared frequency of our plasma. we declare that it is not mere registration or mortgage or rental agreement, the fact is that our income is ours, our homes are ours, and stewardship and care for the animals, marine life, insects and birds are ours. We are the beneficiaries of our own resources and resourcefulness and we do not consent to any large scale production of energy, or food that involves gene editing microbes or larger organisms in our environment. The upu must relate our withdrawal of consent to any genetic modification, synthetic, wifi, smart or chemical deployment. this withdrawal of consent must reach all medical, agricultural, military, and conservation gmo producers.

the upu has had to issue this mea culpa in order to declare the abolition of the military, government, admiralty courts, private banks and all corporate entities. the mea culpa will serve to explain “the long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object” wealth and full spectrum dominance...that has... “evinced a design to reduce the people under absolute despotism”...and how therefore... “it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to

you, the man masahiko, will have to demonstrate that decent respect to the opinions of mankind which are annexed herein, and clearly state the unequivocal rejection of war and government of any kind. to this day the post-office is still solvent and operational and ready to fulfil its duty to help the people in their communications; to set a new government now that a complete breakdown of the existing governmental structures must be executed.

it is appalling to discover that the post office network and universal service obligation funds have been used to limit freedom, deny jurisdiction, and withdraw postal and logistics services in rural areas and whole continents, rather than facilitate the people in our endeavours and empower the post offices with public banking services, as was achieved in sweden.

it is hard to fathom why the universal postal union has sought to drop the universal service obligation and redirect funds to the international telecommunications union, to replace postal and logistics services with communications masts, military technology that supports the internet of things, data centres, surveillance and other wireless infrastructure, known as logistics 4.0 that has not been proved safe and has in fact been refused by large groups of experts who have found that all wifi generate continual adrenalin productions, depleting and disorientating biological systems. particularly 5G and 6G are intended to harm as they were developed as directed energy weapons.

the upu must clearly apologise for the many notices entrusted to the universal postal service that were never formally received, acknowledged or resolved. men and women have been trying to establish their authority on public record for many years and now full disclosure of the fraud and compensation is due.

the upu will be mortified to realize that the universal postal service has inadvertently enforced systemic exploitation, by delivering fraudulent letters, bills, and notices, as if they were legitimate demands. through the many loopholes facilitated by postal fraud, people have unknowingly, mistaken themselves as debtors and taken on themselves the obligation and burden of paying debts, taxes and even penalties for not being able to pay.

we the people are currently prevented from conducting due diligence, financial or operational. we have not been able to formally refuse or reject any policy or technology however treacherous, or even insist on labelling. we have not even able

                           

to raise the alarm following thousands of excess deaths. conversely, however, there has been the unregulated transportation, delivery, and trafficking of vulnerable people and animals, and of dangerous products. there is the transport of lethal pathogens; the transmission of gene sequences through electroporation - electronic messaging via satellite and wifi bombardment; through the itu and upu there has evolved a whole new class of communicable diseases in people and animals, which your colleague, the man marjan calls interrelational between human being, artificial intelligence and computer technology. we obviously withdraw our consent to any patenting and modification of the human body or anything in nature, even though we did not consent in the first place.

the patents offices and courts must be held accountable and then closed for the outrageous patents they have allowed to be protected for commercial purposes, and the patent offices and courts must be held liable for the harm they have done at the research and rollout stages, and their use as weapons.

we the people do not accept the green agenda and climate change narrative because simultaneously there is the widespread but undisclosed use of weather modification to control temperatures, rainfall, battlegrounds and events intended to lead to depopulation of resource-rich islands.

we know the patent numbers, we have the whistleblowers who have given testimony, we have the land and soil jurisdiction assemblies standing ready to occupy the vacated public offices. the only thing we need the upu to do is communicate our instructions to these corporate institutions, in no uncertain terms. we are dismissing the corporate institutions and their principals, agents and shadow directors. we are determined that they will stand trial and never hold any office, assets or influence again. the upu can explain the crucial matter of our superior jurisdiction and of our superior claim on the natural and national assets and the repercussions for their attack.

the truth of our jurisdiction

please make it known to those involved in international trade and negotiations that the universal postal union holds these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.—that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, —that now every form of government has become destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter and abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.

the universal postal union has failed in its obligations to provide a universal postal service so men and women can do commerce.

the mea culpa will outline how the universal postal union is in a position to provide remedy

that is why i am writing to ask you, masahiko, to issue the mea culpa - a self-blame decree. i believe the apology and very detailed disclosure, of the types and extent of the criminality, will reinforce the power of the universal postal union in dismantling the fraudulent system.

d) even though bankrupt governments are usually still allowed to conduct war, violations of the laws governing war and the funding of war mean that this right must be forfeited and military including all nato operations stop. these are violations to the rome statute of the international criminal court, the terrorist financing convention 1999, the international criminal court act 2001, elements of crimes regulations - genocide by killing, the terrorism act 2000, the accessories and abettors act 1861, independent reviewer of terrorism legislation 2012, and the the united nations’ declaration on principles of international law.

e) bring all commerce back under the law of the land, render the web of fraudulent contracts null and void, and withdraw all diplomatic immunity and rights to grant further exemptions. it is clear to us that these atrocities constitute crimes of murder and we cannot in honour and good conscience, equity law, consent to or be complicit in fundraising for these heinous crimes.

protracted criminal behaviour with intent to cause harm must be one of the reasons given for dismantling trade agreements and seizing the assets from all corporate entities for return to the men and women.

as you masahiko will know, protracted criminal behaviour and commercial activity are two ways that diplomatic status are lost anyway.

please put this claim of fact and declaration of dominion on public record for us by notifying all your members

by the will of we the people, i woman, frances, do hereby revoke and rescind from the beginning; all oaths, vows, commitments, energetic ties, contracts written or oral, every power of attorney that we the men and woman in our true capacity have ever taken upon ourselves in this life or any other life that is not in alignment with our true selves here and now.

how the united nations have tried everything to deny and even criminalize our jurisdiction

in awareness of the superior jurisdiction of men and women above governments and corporations, i have invoked the power of the post office on many occasions by registering formal objections, notifications, and rejections to the ceo’s of the following bodies and more to cease and desist their treacherous conduct. all these cases remain without remedy until today and often without even reply (food fraud, dog and horse pound contracts, shell pollution, axa insurance, guarda ombudsman, national planning office, eirgrid, edf french turbines and nuclear abroad, pylons, 3 wifi, amazon data centres, abbot and charles river laboratory animal cruelty welfare non compliance, department of land, food and marine’s sale of national seaweed resource, extortion of fish and marine life, ireland’s finance minister for keeping two sets of books, government and ireland inc. with foreign direct investment, hare coursing ban, coke anti-competition logistics, making it impossible to transport smaller scale produce, as corporations buy the lorry space even that they are not using, and formal rejection of local and national planning office applications, organic standards board for hypocrisy and national water board for not requiring drinking water is tested for round up. no ban on toxins. no consideration of the readily available ‘violations tracker’ website, which shows immediately that all these corporations should not be allowed to operate.

no people and now no nations have the independence to refuse control and destruction

corporations, commercial courts and mercenary armies now pose an existential threat to humanity and yet are presenting their hostile agenda as socially motivated. i thought for a terrifying few years that we had no recourse to cure or remedy. then i discovered that the federal supreme court in switzerland could intervene as the world health assembly this year was going to impact on international law. therefore, i posted the 25 counts of widespread genocide, faunicide and ecocide, and ten further counts were submitted as supplementary evidence. the cruelty is beyond many people’s worst nightmares. more than 300,000 children are missing and being trafficked as we speak. artificial intelligence is identifying 100 new strike targets a day, and bombing 50 of them. before enlisting microsoft’s artificial intelligence, the military could only identify 50 legitimate targets every year. already, there are no soldiers assigned to assessing the validity of the targets as real threats. merely being part of a ‘signature group’, which means knowing someone or having had a family member killed in the conflict, puts people in a signature group.

artifical intelligence has been utilised by ‘fact-checkers’ not to check accuracy but to locate adversarial content. In terms of telecommunication, this has meant that all

   

efforts to raise questions or block developments have been struck off and deleted. old but still valuable solutions like organic farming, seasonal eating, natural medicine, and most of all self-governance and conscientious objection are now open to prosecution for being contrary to the digitalisation that is being forced upon us. there is no limit to the intrusion on our inalienable rights, as the banks back the production of technologies that can be administered by any vector, from insect, to electric pulse, to injection, without oversight or acceptance of liability.

fiat money, stolen assets, reduced postal network and relying on the universal postal union for remedy

When something is posted, there is no chance at all of that post being delivered or receiving post either, registered or not. what is worse, is that the government has brought in legislation making it the law to only use post office services and not private carriers. this is to generate an income stream for the state. in ireland, post masters have been demoted to literal slaves of the banks, doing their menial, clerical and face to face customer service work. the private banks also claim post office state savings belong to the banks. this leaves no cash, savings, estate or investment safe or asset-backed on the land of eire or anywhere else. meanwhile ireland incorporated does very well from foreign direct investment, corporations that pay no tax and are not expected to keep records or share their revenue with the land on which they are operating.

the upu will be pleased to address this notice seeking settlement of a case of postal fraud affecting

the entire single postal territory as a matter of urgency.

therefore, i clarify that I hereby notify you the man masahiko from the metoki family that I am invoking the authority of the universal postal union to provide settlement to the appeal wherein 160 nations, and members of the universal postal union, 8 billion men and women and indeed billions of land, sea and flight animals have sought to communicate their non consent to the exploitation, genocide, war, and government and bank fraud wrought against us. As you will discover, when you read the appeal, we have received nothing but contempt in response. it has felt as if this massive attack has been on a captive and domesticated population and public attempts to communicate and participate in decision-making have had no more impact than cows bawling and pigs squealing at the slaughter house in terror and confusion, calling for an eleventh-hour reprieve.

in order to correct the financial and physical hardship that has been inflicted on

a part of the remedy and cure available to us is that the upu could admit that postal services have delivered fraudulent letters of contract to our homes by letting banks, councils and other corporations impersonate us. we will need to socialize the facts which are that men and women have been treated as assets, recorded as dead and lost at sea, under admiralty law, with their estates being managed by the government. People need to know that there are three trusts at least through which states extract and generate money. the most well known is the cestui que vie trust. then, of course there are the banks’ relentless usury and interest which will have to be understood and returned. you and I must not wait, though, for everyone to understand, or fight their own corner. i intend for the universal postal union to proactively offer and deliver the compensation and freedom from government and military control.

the upu’s mea culpa should be very explicit and explanatory in apologising for corporations being allowed to mislead us into think we are debtors on a planet undergoing climate change caused by our carbon emissions. literally none of that is true but the fraud is so lucrative, and the corporate telecommunication network is now so much more universal, that most people have no way of knowing the truth that you are about to tell them. thank you so much and thank you to the upu’s staff as well in every capacity for elevating the upu’s operations and exercising its full authority over the 100% corrupted admiralty jurisdiction. the fraud is all a corporate government and banking construct but it has still been facilitated by postal fraud. men and women have inadvertently made their homes into public post offices by receiving false and malicious letters addressed to fictitious names and believing they were responsible for the liens the post contained. how could they know to simply write on them ‘correct and return’ and put them in a post box?

you, masahiko and others at the upu must know that postal services routinely deliver letters that corporate institutions have fraudulently addressed to the fictitious corporate entities, which living men and women have been assigned. furthermore, the upu must know that the wrongly addressed envelopes routinely contain fraudulent accusations and demands for payment. in addition, the upu must know that corporations cannot contract with living men and women and therefore corporations are using the postal service to deliberately legitimise their fraudulent exploitation. the upu must realize that we think we are the fictional character addressed because the post office keeps delivering them to our door. the upu must outlaw the delivery of post addressed to any name written in capital letters and with a title like ‘mr’ or ‘mrs’ because, as you know, we have accepted liability for the contract by simply opening them in error.

postal fraud has been facilitating fraud in such a way that if i tried it even once, by post or on line, i would be tracked down and in serious trouble with the police. furthermore, the communication would be brought to the attention of a ‘fraud squad’ and the money that i had extracted might be returned by the banks or an insurance policy, like any other theft. more and more of us now know that bank debt, taxes,

                                                 

traffic fines, and legislation that has only been implemented to generate money through fines, are all criminally fraudulent and abusive and yet the courts, debt and law enforcement agencies are all in on it. we cannot even prove that the letters are not addressed to us. the upu could sort this out in a heart beat. many companies use private carriers and delivery services as a firewall to secure their employees from any outside threats, and to avoid liability. living men and women specifically use the universal postal service to record their important documents, copyright and standing. we do this so that, in times like this, when we have been offered no remedy, we can refer matters to you masahiko at the universal postal union.

i have followed due process to the best of my abilities

you will notice that on my documents, i have put the postage stamps on the final position on the page, which is the bottom right hand corner of the reverse , so no one could endorse anything after that. it meant that i get ‘the last word’ on the matter. it also means the swiss federal supreme court judge could not turn over the important documents and say ‘yes i have the documents but i do not see anything’. the front of the page represents the civil case, bottom right of that page signifies liability and the reverse of the page represents the criminal case. please consider for a moment how much clarity, research and conscious energy, i have put into communicating this appeal and over how many years. I am just one of billions of brilliant living beings honing their skills and reaching out to each other, as i am reaching out to you today. surely, we are not going to let a few meglamaniacs and their evil servants continue, when we have the superior jurisdiction, the greater numbers and the universal postal union as the overlord of all commerce, which has been long agreed by treaty? we have waited and worked long enough for peace and justice.

human error versus technological error

i am accepting of any errors i make in writing to you. i ask that you are accepting too. by this i mean that i insist you do not seek a technicality on which to dismiss this case. please do not use an inconsequential mistake or legal uncertainty to avoid settling this matter of jurisdiction, once and for all, using the knowledge and power vested in you masahiko, the man, in your leadership role for the upu. i believe i am especially justified in insisting that you accept any errors i may make in this notice - or made in the appeal, and the number of unresolved postal matters such as public tenders, national objections and international crimes communicated by registered post in the past and annexed herein - because the upu have facilitated the extraction of wealth from us for decades, which, you have to admit, is a much graver error on your part than any of mine. my intention is to save the human race and our humanity at this crucial juncture, from the insatiable billionaires, still hungry for blood. for example, the men and women of pfizer who sold millions of vials of genetically engineered products to governments and negotiated their national bank reserves, military bases and national assets as guarantees for payments. these abhorrent commercial contracts must be widely exposed and publicly declared criminal and void.

the technological error in relation to the post office, which is foremost in our minds at the moment, is fujitsu and the royal mail, who with horizon are still somehow being protected by the state and british postmaster general. this is even though the

            

technical failures, technical support team and absurd handling by the post office over twenty years, brought about the ruin of the postmasters in britain. as you will know, the newly-introduced post office technology produced end-of-day accounts that did not tally. this was deemed to be incompetence and theft by post masters who had never before made a mistake, and they were expected to pay the difference themselves. the postmaster general stood by the technology, and horizon whose team had lied to each post master experiencing problems, saying that they were the only one who was experiencing problems. in fact, all across england, post masters were having to sell their homes to pay off figures like 60,000 pounds sterling, which had, on their screen and on the new computer system, gone missing. people were criminalised and some took their own lives. all lost their livelihoods. do fujitsu have diplomatic immunity too somehow? why have they got another major contract, to build a data centre that will overheat london? cern have nearly five hundred thousand data centres around the world to process their pointless, dangerous and potentially cataclysmic experiments. you might not know that data centres require 500 million litres of rainfall a day and that has been achieved through cloud seeding. how dare these military exercises take precedence over subsistence, survival, food growing, and real life? one consequence is that there has been 18 months of consecutive rainfall in britain and eire which has leached nutrients from the soil and crops are failing. farms are being allowed to fail as data offers a ninety billion dollar industry to these naturally cooler countries.

I really do hope that you the man masahiko will let this huge matter that is being resolved between the upu and the people turn out to be a triumph of human perception and clarity over artificial intelligence and commercial savvy/extreme greed. artificial intelligence is a retaliatory protocol distilled into every government decision and carried out by internet protocol technology - the internet of things. there is no place or purpose for it in civil society and we do not consent to it in the communications and logistics of the universal postal service. digital infrastructure has to come down before too much damage is done to our children, who are ten times more affected by wifi radiation than adults.

please publicly notify banks, military, and governments by post of our superior jurisdiction as men and women. this will correct our status and we will not need to deal with one offence at a time, with limited success. i know it is a lot to ask but can i request ‘next day delivery?’

like the rest of the human race, you and i have been routinely impersonated and had our assets illegally confiscated through tax and other alleged debt, largely facilitated by postal fraud. i demand that this is stopped today. as you know, the truth is to the contrary: we the people occupy the highest jurisdiction on earth, above all governments, corporations and courts. thankfully, the upu precedes and supercedes these commercial ventures and tyrannical vultures within the upu’s single postal territory and therefore the upu has the correct jurisdiction to provide the remedy.

we the people are really tired of being told that we can attend a court hearing to try and prevent a home being repossessed or to establish jurisdiction but it will cost a fortune and we will not win. it is like the case against factory farming of animals. the case is already won but the animals are still suffering.

          

we the people are starting to get into the spirt of this gnosis that we have a superior jurisdiction to the white collar fraudsters and are working out how to stand on our land jurisdiction full time

assembly by assembly, group by group, one by one we are opening our accounts with the global family group prepaid 528 network with joy and confidence. the true heirs of the trusts and now the vatican are in agreement that it is our money. they are our assets. it is our credit. we know that now and we are not going to be deluded into thinking that any of it belongs to a bank or the government or some other corporation. these realizations pave the way for an entirely new paradigm in banking and in life. there is a danger that the artificial intelligence will be triggered by those of us standing on the land jurisdiction, and identify us as adversarial, and therefore targets. of course, this has already happened, but governments are now trying to formalise this gagging order on those trying to stop their fraud by introducing ‘hate speech’ and ‘online harms’ bills. great swathes of knowledge, history and wisdom have already been deleted on grounds of ‘misinformation’ and ‘conspiracy’. this is the reason i have alerted you, masahiko that this notice is time-sensitive. i needed to get this appeal to you and invoke the authority of the upu to shut down these corrupt officials and world economic forum-inspired policies. otherwise, there will be another layer of genocide and corporate crime to get through.

the following actions would settle my appeal sent by registered post to the federal supreme court, in lausanne, in april, in the year two thousand and twenty four, also delivered by hand with two living witnesses, sealed with our great seal and, today, referred to you at the upu for resolution.

1. peace.

court-marshal and disarm the military at every level, especially nato and darpa, demand their laboratories, technology, detainment facilities and research, weapons and parts manufacturers be de-commissioned and de-funded under the peaceful supervision of trusted experts within our respective nations.

self-governance.

all governments, corporations, international organizations and their shadow directors to be deported, face charges, and have their assets seized.

honest banking.

on receipt of this notice, i expect the upu to instruct the banks to liquidate. this must be done by the end of this year two thousand and twenty four, for the banks to achieve compliance with the vatican’s ruling. during this transition, the banks must make prepaid credit available to the people, as outlined by the fiduciary who is managing the return of the assets to the true heirs and who would be very happy to work with you, and the upu, on all aspects of resolving this matter. the original trusts were indentured to uplift humanity and also there is this opportunity to bring about the end of usury. i hope you feel honoured as i do, to be in a position to make sure this happens.

                            

the appeal enclosed outlines a team that have vast experience of public banking as an alternative to private banking and they are ready to work with the networks of post offices to offer these services.

so far, we certainly have not been granted even one public bank, despite many proposals. we have needed competition in the banking market but instead, in all european countries, we are taking our orders from the ecb, which is hell bent on creating a banking dictatorship across europe. over 5000 banks (not branches) have disappeared across europe since the ecb came into being.

maybe only the upu will know the actual amount of post offices that have been closed down but the post office networks have been sold out. the networks of post offices, which were our prized assets have been decimated. you masahiko can correct this and you must. i am sure it is a requirement, is it not, for international commerce?

2. correct the status of all people to their superior jurisdiction of living men and women, beneficiaries of their lives and labours and due payment of all proceeds from commercial activity to date, and don’t forget to notify the nac’s - want-to-be ‘national asset companies’ - of the people’s superior claim on the planet’s natural assets - ecosystems and natural processes .

3. isolate the men and women who seek or approved patents on our private property, including our bodies, souls and dna, and keep them under high security until they have transferred all information needed to decommission their technologies. redirect all research funding, in the case of anthony from the fauci family, to compensation for the two generations of families he has affected with autism from his vaccine programs. all patenting, breeding or engineering of living organisms and microorganisms must be forbidden. pointless creations that threaten life on earth such as near earth satellites, nuclear reactors, haarp and production of weaponised vectors must be shut down safely.

4. weapons of mass destruction

please change the distasteful tag line of the international telecommunications union from ‘connecting souls worldwide’. our souls should be none of their business. wrong jurisdiction.

please change the distasteful tag line of the restricted universal postal union, posteurop, from ‘delivery is our dna’. dna and the delivery of private biological materials is a very sore point for people.

please stop the international telecommunications union from approving satellite launches as elon from the family musk is using his 180-day experimental permit to practice genetic modification using electric pulse, called electroporation. disease x is his transmission of diseased gene sequences through electroporation to manipulate and indeed kill us, while continually harvesting our data for the largest-ever ai

         

computer and still promoting what he is doing as providing internet services.

i am not sure if you would know yet, masahiko, about the hundreds of billions of unregulated genetically engineered mosquitoes and other insect eggs that are being transported around the world on inconspicuous slips of paper? they may even be posted as paperwork. the men and women behind these mutants may never be asked to disclose the internet protocol (ip) technology, mutations, variety of gene edited bacteria and pathogens, kill switches to ensure that populations spreading uncontrollably can be killed remotely. people will need to know which gmos and how to enable or disable the kill switches. the insect gene drives that allow the novel species to do the opposite of die out naturally or with remote control. gene drives will persist in nature with all future generations genetically altered, however unpredictably they mutate and whatever niche of vital native pollinators they may replace. the eggs are viable for a year or more and bypass import and export regulation.

5. deliver the definitive cure for over a hundred years of criminal misconduct, in line with the universal postal union treaty, natural law, and the vision and fee schedule outlined below. this will require formally passing the public offices, management of banks and law to the people.

6. ensure the public indictment of the systemic fraud that has led to the enslavement of humanity. this will require mass mail-outs of public service information. adequate disclosure and communication to the general populace, of the criminal extortion by banks and governments, to ensure that no man or woman has to individually bring, or face, legal proceedings to establish their rights. please reference the repayment of the cestui que vie trusts and interest for family members, living and dead, and how it is going to be facilitated by the upu.

7. elicit apology from the admiralty courts, recompense from the fraudulent bar societies and require full disclosure, overturning and compensation for past, current and pending cases. men and women must not have to bring proceedings to court at cost to themselves, in each instance. the law libraries will have records that can be corrected en masse, if they receive instruction to do so by the upu.

8. liquidation of all so-called international organizations, corporations, governments, banks and military with requirement of full disclosure of damage done.

9. four men must face the death penalty as karmic redress; bill gates, elon musk, klaus schwab, and jeremy farrar. in india, one politician has already been sentenced to death for the murder of thousands of people who were not given ivermectin on her advice from the world health organization. these executions will symbolise the removal of enemies that all nations have in common and know to personify evil. therefore, this will bring spiritual unity, and the end of war, artificial intelligence, human trafficking, technocracy, sacrilege of nature through engineering and abuse of animals. i understand that this would not be a decision for the upu, or i, but men and

women from every nation could over time be invited to share their opinion on how the perpetrators of these crimes should be brought to justice. i am not sure if you know the term ‘bring closure’? It usually refers to a shared sense of acknowledgement for the ordeals we have each been through.

i am confident that the upu can bring closure in all senses of the word.

10. nonetheless, for the architects and agents of the unconscionable crimes, violent and financial, there must be full forfeiture of access to representation or communication, written or digital. some may be given the opportunity to redeem themselves by facilitating the dismantling of the technology they have been using. we will have to be cautious though as they will not want to release their bitter stranglehold on us and may well try and release or detonate some weaponised weather, blackouts or some more parasites to take their place. still, everywhere there are people who strive for high ideals and we can navigate each stage of recovery.

11. return full authority to the people in every matter. for this we need to be able to communicate openly and on public record. i do not want to go on about the upu’s treaty obligations but you do need to ensure a comprehensive post office network is opened or re-opened if the network has been depleted, and make sure postal services are fully functioning and funded in all countries.

the thing is, the upu’s universal service obligation has been allowed to completely fail across the postal territory and as recently as this year, the upu announced that you wanted to drop your universal service obligation altogether. this would be absolutely unforgivable and contrary to the international treaty for which the upu was founded. please confirm that post offices services providing postal, banking and reliable logistics collection and delivery will be guaranteed to all rural and border communities. it is only possible to do business, guarantee supplies and connect people if there is a functioning post office service. indeed, wasn’t the upu’s single postal territory established to in order to provide a fair and level playing field for international commerce? the appu, the asia pacific postal union should not really be an ‘intergovernmental body improving postal relations’, first and foremost it should be providing postal services.

in many countries, the people’s savings in post offices have been claimed by the state or private banks. the banks start by saying that post office savings are ‘backed’ by the banks and then it comes to light that the banks intend to seize the real value of the people’s savings to prop the banks up,

this leaves no safe deposit facility for people to save money.

reasserting the upu’s universal service obligation will empower the post offices, post masters and the transport and logistics services. They could be repositioned in communities as completely transparent facilities, belonging to the people of that community, independent of corporate influence, government or ownership.

                    

12. return all property to our allodial title which is the original authority of private ownership beyond mere registration, where the title holds for the land deep into the ground beneath our homes and fields and up into the atmosphere, so that we can prohibit the weaponisation of space, and the atmosphere with harmful frequencies.

13. an end to the united nations’ notions of experimentation, or any emergency or wartime claims as somehow over-riding personal privacy, bodily integrity or the laws of the land and soil. the nuremburg principles have been violated in every possible way, especially in the last 5 years. the united nations itself needs to be abolished and all the other corporate institutions, now they have been shown to have intended to harm us from the beginning.

the upu must remain in full force, you will be glad to hear, to facilitate communication for humanity as we stand in our jurisdiction and help each other understand the logistics of coming home to the land and soil, and the release from debt and dictatorship.

the upu can recognise that the take-over by maritime law has been facilitated by fraudulent contracts that have brought great hardship to people in favour of corporate entities, and left people with no recourse to law

the upu oversees maritime law and you will remember that this law was only supposed to make international commerce and trade contracts possible. it was not supposed to provide peace and justice but it certainly was not intended to facilitate mercenary wars and complete lockdowns orchestrated to be a captive market for new mRNA pharmaceuticals and other harmful technologies. since corporations cannot be held liable and their agents are now completely indemnified, this reduced the power of common law courts and very few still exist. the international criminal court is fully booked for more than ten years dealing with cases of vaccine deaths and other corporate covid crimes.

this is why i have suggested a mea culpa as it allows the upu to publicly relinquish diplomatic immunity and then publicly explain why the right to privileges has been so dangerous and are having to be withdrawn from officials from other international organizations

the list can start with the claim that wars are being started for mercenary objectives. this involves governments deploying troops and launching strikes and offensives deliberately to escalate hostilities and justify wartime measures, military spending and mass displacement of populations - all in order to extract the rich resources of the land they have identified.

secondly, the upu can admit and declare that many documents and communications delivered by post from banks, councils, insurance, debt collectors and summons from courts should not have been delivered. by explaining that the post office service is complicit in hiding the truth of our jurisdiction. by choosing to overlook even blatant postal fraud, like wrongly addressed, uncancelled postage stamps, and the four corner rule that, in effect, takes whatever is written in a box off the page. every form

artificial intelligence as a retaliatory tool to be quietly avoided by communication outside the digital realm

i want to warn you before you think of sharing this enormous task with the international telecommunication union. the breakdown of the admiralty jurisdiction must be conducted only by physically recorded delivery of the upu’s decisions and instructions. telecommunication has been hijacked in its entirety for its capacity to conduct radiological weapons against us, and extract the information and energy the corporations need from our bodies’ electrical fields. for example, the indonesians with some other good men and women from other countries, succeeded in stopping a deployment of 200 million breeding biting mosquitoes containing ip technology coupled with microsoft ai technology. the evening the postponement was agreed, the same microsoft ai technology identified and bombed an indonesian maternity hospital in gaza. furthermore, the world health organization’s environmental and human health assessments for the mosquitoes were conducted by the same ai technology, and the maps of where the insects were to be deployed in homes at 50 metre intervals were generated by the same microsoft artificial intelligence.

having seen ai-generated risk assessments, i am very concerned about how governments, customs, and excise have all handed their social, policing and regulatory decisions to artificial intelligence. the fact that ai always concludes that whatever it wants to do holds a ‘minimal risk’, governments and councils have automatically agreed to an influx of smart cities, meters, masts, drugs and devices on the basis of artificial intelligence, and contrary to all consent, wishes, knowledge- base, and well-being of the people. we should not have to prove that the human population is being slaughtered in their homes but there is a mountain of evidence for the intended excess deaths annexed herein. as punishment for the people of indonesia, the world mosquito program, bill gates’ bioweapons program, identified bali, as a new base for production. to contrast this with real communication, not one single minister, planning officer, community leader, business owner, or other man or woman had been consulted about the proposed releases.

even the man marjan from the osvald family, acting as your deputy, is determined to bring in artificial intelligence and logistics 4.0. please tell him that we say a categorical ‘no’.

it is the duty of legal advisers to always advise a client that it is not advisable to enter into contractual relations

with those enjoying diplomatic immunity

all the united nations bodies, world economic forum and indeed universal postal union staff enjoy immunity from suit and legal process. in fact, it is the like inviolability of residence as is accorded to the envoy of a foreign power. even spouse and children are exempt from income tax and can simply refuse to pay for services

             

or even commit violent offences and still not be able to be charged. that is why it is the duty of legal advisers to always advise a client that it is not advisable to enter into contractual relations with those enjoying diplomatic immunity. the contracts that envoys, lawyers and doctors have been asked to enter into, are international political declarations, financial agreements and legally binding regulations which amount to treasonous acts against their sovereign nations and nationals. Meanwhile the corporate institutions retain their inviolable immunity from liability. it must be made known that all international trade deals and all national government legislation are to be ignored as null and void. these are international trade agreements like ttip, the transatlantic trade and investment partnership that allows corporations to sue governments for reneging on a deal even for example when the seaweed resources were already owned by traditional seaweed harvesters with inherited rights and should not have been sold by the government. And also that mechanical harvesting has been shown to destroy the marine ecosystem - which, as you will know, provides up to 80% of our oxygen at certain times of year.

we are grateful that the upu has the capacity to deliberate for us, the international organizations are still pretending

that we are somehow acquiescing to their government. we are not. we are just having great difficulty getting the organizations to acknowledge our complete rejection of their government

thankfully, you masahiko and your post office network do still have an obligation to deliver what you promised to deliver, through international treaty. one of those original agreements the upu made is that you will provide resolution, in the instance of lack of jurisdiction and absence of resolution in the admiralty courts. this matter of corporate interests over-riding public interests is based on a very gross and deliberate misunderstanding of jurisdiction. It is causing very real pain to all the people and the spirit of the world. i do not know if you are a man who feels empathy for all sentient beings or maybe you have a respect for the spirits, as many japanese friends do, through the shinto teachings. in whatever way your principles guide you personally, it is important to feel this pain felt by all humanity, as it is a misunderstanding caused and perpetuated, to some extent, by the upu and needing careful resolution.

will you make sure the upu provides the resolution to this matter?

the knowledgeable judges of the federal supreme court, attornies and other officials knew not to tamper with a case, brought by a upu-registered living woman. no courts in any land can deal with my jurisdiction. nonetheless, every court is allowed to ignore our jurisdiction, in the same way as every other privileged official and administrator is allowed to ignore our jurisdiction for their commercial advantage, and hold us fraudulently in debt, and criminalised as under-performing assets.

apart from the courts denying our jurisdiction, each judge has followed their own bias to what extent they temper commercial law with a token acknowledgement of the lives affected. for example, a us court removed the rights of covid 19 injections to be called a vaccine as they do not prevent infection or spread, another court labelled the injections a bioweapon, and other countries like brazil continue to make the covid

if the upu finds a way ignore this notice and appeal in regard to extensive unresolved cases of civil, criminal, patent and administrative law, we the people will have to accept that you are no longer acting in honour, but instead consciously complicit in this outright betrayal of the human race. even if you are threatened into inaction, initially,, on the dismantling of the incorporated system and institutions, we insist you find a way. for some reason that I cannot explain, i feel confident that you as a man are going to step up and sort this out. for myself, i received a spiritual calling and assurance from the priests of the gods brahma, vishnu and shiva that my vision for freedom for humanity and animals would be successful. for you, it might be love for your family or your professional skills as well as destiny that encourage you as you work out how to orchestrate this lawful correction for the uplifting of all men and women.

25 counts of criminal fraud on a global level have been ignored

my appeal highlights that the sovereign decisions communicated through the universal postal service and through the itu, using numerous secure platforms, by all members of the universal postal union, have been ignored. reservations are an instrument which have always been a central element in making an international agreement. in the recent pandemic and sustainability negotiations, countries are not allowed to note reservations to their agreement. indeed, the counts of rejection, objection and non-consent outlined in the attached appeal did not receive even a spoken acknowledgement, let alone a written receipt, let alone a response, let alone were nations or groups of nations able to call for a review or due diligence by the united nations’ bodies, let alone did the defendants cease and desist their nefarious activities.

Unjustly and in contrast, the people have been led to believe we must respond to our post and deal with our paperwork

we the people cannot ignore the post that arrives to our homes, even though it is fraudulently addressed to a legal fiction. even though we know the letters are a means to wrongly extract payment from the men and women living there. banks, councils, governments and international would-be law makers like the world health assembly, on the other hand, can ignore multiple conscientious objections to their proposed agenda. this is a failure by the universal postal union. it goes against your principles, surely, that the postal service is only facilitating fraudulent contracts between corporations and good people? surely the upu constitution reminds us that the treaty and all laws were and should always be founded by unincorporated people?

control, cancellation, gagging orders, censorship and the upu

millions of people are united with you and your decentralised staff, in only recently understanding how the postal fraud has facilitated tax and bank fraud. many still do not understand that the manufactured hostilities and inequality between us have also been fostered by the upu’s complicity and the people’s acquiescence. we recognise with you that commerce is no longer commerce but an industrial military complexity.

             

luckily, in simple terms, premeditated genocide is an activity that is prohibited in all jurisdictions. therefore, please do not let anybody tell you that the universal postal union does not have the authority to remove the power from them. you absolutely do have the authority. i intentionally did not say ‘remove them from power’ because the rothschilds, rockefellers, nato and anyone who is used to throwing their weight around, will inevitably want to throw their toys out of the pram, leaving their mothers even more mess to clean up. this is only an analogy but the facts are that over half the world’s population have been injected with or have consumed gates foundation ip biotechnology, men have micro plastics in their testicles and women have micro plastics in their babies’ placenta. so, coming back to the analogy, where people are the mothers managing the corporations’ tantrums at being told the world does not revolve around them, the people already have a big enough mess to clean up.

the alternative is that the upu can, instead, remove the power from the corporate institutions, by circulating the truth.

it can be a ‘simple truths series’ and make sure it is translated into every language and delivered to all men and women and all institutions in the postal territory. let our jurisdiction be known and celebrated. let the fraud be admitted and stopped, without excuse or exception. let the people know they do not owe any fraction of their income or time to corporations. declare that war is over, as our lands and assets are to be returned, and there is no one who poses a threat to anyone else. let the military themselves know that they have been fired and must go home and make new lives for themselves. we all will. or go on holiday, as we are free to travel. let your postal announcements have a personal note. everybody loves to receive personal post. tell the people to pull out their ‘rose-tinted glasses’ and start looking at the world for all the beauty it holds. tell them the world is changing and that they’ll love what they find as nature recovers and we start to make our own plans in the absence of legitimate government. describe how as the weaponised technologies, telecommunications and media are dismantled on a macro level and people are reminded to turn them off on a micro level, only good news, good health, gifts, and joie de vive will be arriving at our doors.

do you see how a mea culpa from the upu would work like this to dispel the illusion of our subordination to all these financially-motivated terrorists, with their diplomatic immunity and admiralty law?

misplaced privilege has given mercenaries and merchant banking an extraordinary advantage over people. this is not least by giving them control of communications, both postal and digital. they have very nearly achieved ownership of men and women as slaves.

the people who have attempted to contest, regulate, communicate their concerns, research or experience have been deprived of all means of doing so. this is why a basic postal service, which would merely meet the upu’s own universal service obligation is a good place to start, as a remedy for the systemic attack on our jurisdiction.

               

i really am glad that i can demand that the post office and the postmaster general investigate the postal fraud, for example in the case of the red stamp. a red stamp like a franking machine remains uncancelled. cancelling a stamp registers the matter and enters a contract between the party that cancels the stamp and the upu. using a stamp for postage and not cancelling it is prima facie evidence of a mail fraud of taking people’s money and not offering them the service they have paid for.

in this notice and enclosed appeal, however, i have used the power of the cancelled stamp, by cancelling the stamps myself, delighted to enter this contract with the upu, and bring this matter for remedy, under the provisions of the upu, international law and treaty.

trafficking

we do not consent to the un policy of migration as ‘safe, orderly and regular’. it destabilises sovereign nationals by necessitating their movement off their land and over the sea, where they have no jurisdiction, no standing and no state. making people leave their property and security behind manufactures a dependence, while breeding fear and making their lives precarious and open to abuse. the un army which is not supposed to exist, has been using maritime law to justify bringing trained soldiers into england and ireland. they are brought in boats from the continent, from which they must be ‘rescued’ and they are given homes, papers, a job in the police for, a vote and indeed a right to stand for election. once the men are dropped off, the boats are shipped back to fill with more military trained migrants. many of the millions of real refugees are stuck at borders, sometimes for years, and subjected to violence of every kind.

the shipping of migrant armies for military objectives and the live export of animals for slaughter in countries where there are no welfare standards, are also within the upu’s jurisdiction and hopefully you will feel the responsibility to address them. this is because admiralty law has been stretched and misused beyond all reasonable doubt to facilitate trafficking and worse, while simultaneously the territory of our jurisdiction on the land and soil has been diminished. the black market for trafficked children and the well-documented involvement of the shadow directors of the corporate institutions, really needs to be stopped too.

it is unfortunate that the upu and itu have come to a point where they are only delivering the narrative of a dictatorship. they really need to resume facilitating communication between sensible, articulate, self-determining, informed, responsible, and competent sovereign men and women. as time is of the essence, i insist that the upu takes this description to refer to all of us

at the moment, there is nowhere safe for people from the surveillance and disruption of our bodies by weaponised technological corporate entities and their extraction of our resources, energetic and physical. already there are no common law courts and the cost of challenging any one grievance, or even grievous bodily harm inflicted on us, is too high. a strong example was when robert from the family fico, prime minister for slovakia was shot after he rejected the world health organization’s treaty as ‘nonsense created by greedy pharmaceutical companies’. extraordinarily, the

                   

corporate media communications channels were allowed to declare the assassin a lone wolf, robert himself a populist athough he’s been reelected for countless years. the thing that had driven robert to defend the people from the corporate institutions in the first places was when the corporate media communication channels were allowed to report that “everyone unvaccinated should squeal in pain like a pig”. if the media are commercial enterprises too, which i’m sure they are, would you be sure to put the lawful assemblies in control of them too to help the spread of the public announcements in regard to the end of war, governments and fraud? it is a continual perpetuation of the lies for the media to be allowed to paint a derogatory picture of the man robert and then portray pharmaceutical and medical miraculous interventions as having kept him alive. this is especially when the most likely scenario is that the pharmaceutical companies were the ones who hired a hitman to threaten his life in the first place. and also the ones who want to create stories that support their business plans for one health and mrna drugs.

this is a pivotal moment in history and you, masahiko, will have to be the man to declare all contracts void and diplomatic immunity withdrawn on grounds of protracted criminal misconduct.

i believe that the upu’s universal service obligation makes the straightforward dissemination of information between ourselves possible. we do not consent to anybody having any special legal right to invade our privacy with surveillance, and yet protect their intellectual property, products and activities from regulation. we do not recognise any authority on any matter by any body that does not understand that they are employed by us, answerable to us and required to demonstrate their loyalty and benefit to us.

anybody who wants immunity from the law should be immediately refused it as suspect. anybody who wants exemption from inquiry must be immediately disqualified from holding a public office. how have you, the men and women employed at the upu, let us get into this situation do you think? most recently, your fellow countrymen are desperate to warn japan and the world beyond japan, that lethal self-assembling vaccines are being manufactured there? they are being produced in japan in sufficient numbers, to administer to every man, woman and child in the world, as if the technology has received some sort of approval when it hasn’t. the japanese doctors and lawyers have no platform, no communication network and no authority to stop the dangerous commercial plan. every single government official has received money to let it go ahead. patent law and diplomatic immunity will protect the pharmaceutical companies and implementers from liability when that distribution happens. it might well be that the universal postal network is even helping with their logistics.

the destruction of lives and near-destruction of inalienable rights has already happened and been stepped up during covid, so we need business, money, education, health and interaction to take place again on the land. hard copies of our knowledge need to be stored and preserved too. the swiss-based megalamaniacs and their agents in each country really do need to be taken down.

        

GDPR, intellectual property, patent law, and the extreme digital verifications only serve the technocratic agenda.

it must be publicly acknowledged that independent scientific enquiry has been blocked and hostile deployment of technologies as experiments and emergency use, have been facilitated by exercising commercial intellectual property rights. the full funds designated to the universal service obligation in 2022 were misspent on military surveillance and data harvesting masts and the itu and intergovernmental offices call them logistics. logistics actually convey something or someone to where they need to go.

weapons of mass destruction beyond human understanding
many of the weapons of mass destruction are beyond human understanding. even experts in any one field of research have no idea how their technology will interact with the countless others and with the vital processes, microbiome and lives going on in the same vicinity. they must be decommissioned and decontamination can be managed by the institution for responsible technology and their contributors.

you the man masahiko, in your capacity as director general of the upu, must make it clear that you understand that digital communication and media have been hijacked and weaponised to manipulate the people. public announcements making people aware of the social engineering will help people snap out of the oppression.

the power to grant privileges and indemnity to international organizations has also turned out to be a weapon of mass destruction.

as a result of the united nations convention seventy years ago, the activities of these corporate insitutions and mercenary armies, now lie outside the laws of the land. we the people did not and do not consent to unelected, corporate psychopaths and puppets being given diplomatic immunity to commit genocide. Really a lot of people have been killed but no-one wants to accept liability for it.

We are all ambassadors of the land jurisdiction

I suggest that the law of diplomatic immunity is the opposite of enacted. to acknowledge our jurisdiction, every man, woman and child should be afforded all necessary assistance and protection in passing freely as we travel, as is our right granted to us by natural law.

this uniform recognition of everyone as a responsible international ambassador ensures respect between people and nations. this will create the conditions we need for peace, to increase productivity and recover ourselves as we detox from the fear messaging and biological corruption.

appreciation for the solvency and authority of the upu over commerce.

i cannot over-state how grateful i am to have recourse to the upu, following the erosion and closure of all other avenues of justice and good practice. i humbly applaud you at the upu for having remained solvent and in a position to fulfil your service, for over 150 years.

                  

mea culpa

all national and international organizations, principals and agents, including courts must be brought back under the laws of the people on the land. when the upu issue the mea culpa, they will be leading by example and that means that you, masahiko will have raised awareness, notified people as to what needs to happen and why, and managed this matter in a non-confrontational way.

so a) communication and b) jurisdiction are the upu’s responsibility. my status correction from the person/corporate fiction created to take on debts, to living woman had to be universal postal union-registered. each formal notice from removing my property from the land registry and withdrawing my consent to be governed and taking my name off the voting register has had to be upu-registered. this means sent by registered post. the upu is the only service agreed and upheld by treaty that people have been able to use to register and prove our living status. so many people do not have access to this service though and so that is why i ask you and marjan from the osvald family to formalise and circulate the facts of our dominion and revocation of all contracts.

return land law above admiralty law

1) the upu must commit to correcting the status of the entire human race from that of persons, dead and lost at sea, whose property belongs to the state, to living men and women with higher jurisdiction than all courts, governments, public servants and corporations and establish our full allodial title to our environment, property, home, and bodies.

raise awareness that bank credits and government taxes are fraudulent

2) pass a decision that the banking and government fraud and financial enslavement of people through taxes, usury, debt, the use of roman civil procedure is to be outlawed since the end of the vatican rule in 2015 and their court decisions on the return of the borrowed family heirlooms by the banks.

3) admit the upu’s extended facilitation of commercial courts and support the forming of lawful rural assemblies in their stead.

4) please send word to all post masters that no further post should be delivered that denies our living status by being addressed to our legal fiction names that were criminally attributed to us at birth, so that we can be traded as assets but notified only of debts.

5) the upu must apologise for threatening to drop its uso universal service obligation and reassure everyone that reliable postal services are on their way to every community once again. being acknowledged as an important area of the postal

    

district, by ensuring the postal and logistics service, will support people in communities and whole countries that have been kept poor to start again. even people whose homes have been destroyed and people who have been held captive can be invited to use the reopened post offices as safe places of collection and connection.

current problems for the universal postal service

the intergovernmental networks and delegates will have to be notified of the dismantling of restricted universal postal unions. making contracts to promote the commercial activity of smaller groups of countries, inevitably led to privileges for them, and reduced service to others, when all commercial and administrative activities should be able to be carried out in broad daylight making the single postal territory an equal playing field. the restricted universal postal unions and plenipotentiary extraordinary ambassadors with their executive powers to make decisions independently of their nation’s leader and government have no doubt led to special treatment to benefit the few, and even facilitate hostile practices like, for example, the debilitating of africa’s postal service, with corruption, breakdown and closure of services in africa. it is no coincidence that american and chinese officials have spoken about ‘keeping africa poor’ so that their population declines and their rich natural resources be made available. yes, there has been this law in african countries requiring businesses to exclusively use post office services, despite the corrupt and unreliability but in the wider matter, we need the system and institutions implicated and powers removed first and individual coercions answered for as secondary matters.

how the corporations have tried to humiliate and mutilate the people

within the mea culpa, it would be useful to use the post office scandal in england as first-hand experience by the upu that technology is fallible and when it has gone wrong as, it has harmed people severely. The horizon and fujitsu system had a full technical support team which, with upu authority, falsely claimed that each post office who reported failure, of the end-of-day accounts to tally, was an isolated incident of theft by the post master, him- or herself. it was not even considered that the computer system had not worked. it was not admitted that the technical team themselves had access to the post office accounts and had adjusted them manually. to question the post masters’ competence is one thing but for the post office to convict them of theft was extremely damning. some of those post masters killed themselves and this is a microcosm of the world-wide fraud and burdens of fraudulent debt allegedly owed by people and countries, with no way of paying them back.

i intend to add my fee schedule at the end alongside my post office state savings account number to receive compensation and disbursement. some of these payments i want to disburse to various trusted charities and groups but i will enjoy doing that when it happens and not get their hopes up for financial support before the settlement arrives.

on the topic of post office savings accounts, how does the upu envisage the shift that the wef and un agenda are pushing, for a central bank digital currency - cbdc? what

    

recourse will men and women have to challenge discrepancies in their accounts, let alone make a lawful challenge against financial institutions themselves, when access can be denied instantaneously and permanently? let’s make sure that independent purchases in cash are facilitated.

the federal supreme court did not provide remedy

i am very grateful that the upu is so long established that it precedes governments and that means that the seats of all governments remain under the direction of the postmaster general. i am thankful also that the formation of the universal postal union in 1874 has another legal effect that is very important to the universal-legal- technology. as you know, it is the universal postal union that unites member countries into a single, worldwide postal territory. when i submitted an appeal on behalf of all living men, women, animals, and all natural living things to the federal supreme court in lausanne switzerland, i knew as a litigant i was going into international jurisdiction, and needed to establish that my papers were official, so i used a british postage stamp on the face of the first page and the reverse of all the pages of documents i introduced into the system. the stamps also invoked postal statutes and the universal postal union jurisdiction. the authority of the upu was automatically invoked by the use of postage stamps. autographing the stamps made me the postmaster of the contract. i have sent all important documentation through post office rather than through private carriers, which are firewalls, in order to have direct access to the authority, and corresponding availability of remedy and recourse - of the upu. as i posted through the royal mail on the 8th april 2024 and the royal mail post master did not provide me with the remedy i requested within twenty one days, i am relieved to bring the matter to the upu.

as the man yves donzalles acting as federal supreme judge, had received the appeal by registered post, he will have known that the master of the contract was the post office and the overlord of all commerce, postal service and banking systems of the world is the universal postal union.

i planned, when i placed autographed stamps on the document, to place the document and the contract underlying it under international law and treaty, with which the courts have no jurisdiction to deal. although the system cannot deal with the real me, the living principal, neither can officials, attorneys or judges go against the universal postal union as the overseer of all world commerce.

thankfully, neither do the courts have the authority or jurisdiction to impair a contract between i frances, the living principal and the upu.

even the military were unlawfully and illegally converted by fraud into mercenary forces and all the conflicts in the world are illegal and undeclared mercenary conflicts. since then they have been occupying countries claiming that their lawful governments simply disappeared and have left them as custodians and caretakers of our assets. there is no evidence, no contract and no valid authority to do this. police have been used as cheap mercenaries and they have been directed by foreign interests to engage in criminal activities not only against their own people but against people in friendly, allied nations around the world.

we the people had nearly forgotten the significance of postage stamps

most letters received by post are red meter stamped. in fact, officials sending things out by cancelled stamp are a rarity, maybe only 2%. using two witnesses combined with the postage stamps have given me a priority mechanism but even use of these stamps in this manner, has got the attention of those in the system, to whom i provided this paperwork. what feels powerful in this instance, is that it made me the master of that post office. i will let you, masahiko, as the recipient, deal with the significance of this - please make it a timely, positive and responsible settlement of the very serious matters I have brought to your attention.

the rationale for using the two cent stamps in america was that in the 19th century, the official postage rate for the de jure post office of the united states of america was fixed at 2 cent, from where the expression “add your two cents worth” came. think of this as taking part in a public consultation where the upu’s ‘respect for the opinions of mankind’ is necessitated by the postage stamp instrument.

it was ingenious, since communication has a higher value than government itself.

communication has a higher value than government itself because if governments fail, the people still have a need to communicate with one another to form a new government...or not as we the people are thinking we have had enough of
‘govern’ ‘ment’ - mind control. at this juncture, we need the universal postal service for communication and we want to get rid of the military and corrupt governments. the upu can order this on any number of pretexts but the first non-accusatory pretext is that they are bankrupt and therefore proven incompetent and should not be left to manage their affairs any longer.

secondly, there is substantial evidence that the governments, international organizations and the military are annihilating the human race and intended to.

thirdly, these corporate institutions and successful thieving individuals are planning to claim ownership of ecosystems and monetise natural processes, instead of returning even the original assets as ordered by the courts. one such family legacy for which the paperwork is done is worth a figure represented by the number 2 followed by 40

            

zeros. it is agreed that 1% will stay with the heir and within the family and 99% will be used for the uplifting of humanity - the judge and fiduciary can help the upu structure your instructions to dismantle the military and many corporate institutions safely, as well as empower the unincorporated people. there are many men and women more knowledgeable than i who can explain the progression of the crimes in order to prosecute.

our unincorporated states did all the delegating of powers and remain the holding companies for all mutual powers.

banks over time and lacking authority to issue currency on behalf of our countries have seized and run up unauthorised credit, using fractional reserve, on the basis of borrowed and stolen original assets and, worse, the trade of our souls. we really need you, masahiko, to publicly admit that the fraud has been perpetuated and facilitated in part by the upu delivering all those wrongly-addressed and malicious letters and submitting to the use of roman civil procedure.

coming back out of this circumstance requires honouring the credit owed to the living people. we are creating an entirely new banking system, enabled to directly connect with people worldwide and we would really love and appreciate the use of the post office network. it was always supposed to provide a public community banking system, where savings were backed by state assets. the people are ready to make this work with a new golden peg, and criteria for access to credit. a few years ago, it was my idea to make water the golden peg for ireland’s public banks. using the national biodiversity data centre, to formalise a lending criteria, based on operation and financial due diligence, i foresaw that people could draw down european green- deal funding on the basis of conservation and low impact projects. within two weeks of my posting the proposal to the finance minister, pascal donohoe and minister leo varadker, they met the central bank in secret and returned having sold ireland’s water resource for a pittance of 8 billion. It was not theirs to sell.

some financial parts to the remedy the upu can command

an international gold-asset backed dollar, pound, yen, punt, rhupia, złoty and all of equal and intrinsic value; the release of the uncut kennedy silver backed paper certificate currency, the re issuance of silver dollar coinage and the release of prepaid credit certificates.

the new banking system does not back, underwrite, approve nor consent to the issuance of central bank digital currencies as they are even more ephemeral and subject to political and practical manipulation than the fiat money they have been creating and we have been using. cbdc would lead to total loss of trust in government, rioting, starvation, disease and other evils we can do without.

the actual american government has instructed the government of the philippines as the actual donors and depositors of all trust and account interests and has instructed the bank for international settlements concerning the actual ownership interests and actual fiduciary responsibilities related to our gold and silver which is actually underwriting all 63 central banks, the world bank and the federal reserve.

         

for thousands of years, mankind has struggled through untold suffering, through labour, wars, slavery, exploitation, interest, debt credit and economic abuse. the actual owners, we the living people have established the bilateral prosperity system, formally known as the bilateral banking system for all nations and all people for their immediate relief, health and happiness and restoration after all this criminal activity by the banks and all the military organizations.

the universal postal union have to grasp the detail of the senses in which people have been commercialized

and trapped in the wrong jurisdiction

will the upu please explain in their simple truths series how, in commercial law, birth certificates act as de facto warehouse receipts; which receipts are then sold on the international bond markets as consideration, because the western countries are all bankrupt and have been so for decades; their populations having been sold as chattel to the international banksters and the ultra-wealthy of the world, such as the rockefellers and rothschilds. once you hold a birth certificate, even though it was registered not by you but by your parents, and present it as ‘identification’ for obtaining loans, or for other ‘government-approved purposes’ (such as joining the military or getting hired and agreeing to pay taxes) as far as i am aware, there is always on it, the dreaded ‘all capital letters name’ which was assigned you by the state government.

would the upu issue an apology for always and only delivering post using this corporate name?

all other government-approved identification documents also use the same corporate name; which implies, that we are effectively agreeing to be the chattel that we were ‘constructively admitted to be’ when our parents ignorantly transferred us over to the state as chattel (sold for future payment of the tax debt created by the reserve bank

              

that operates, privately and for profit, and owned by the wealthy but undocumented elites), in every country of the world. that is the basic premise. if there is truth to this supposition, it would mean that our corporate name, which is reasonably the only name (‘nom de plume’) which can be used by a government or a private corporation to contract with is actually the vehicle used to process all financial transactions of any sort; i.e., to ‘enact’ the activity of commerce. this is since all corporations are dead; and only living beings, which can form a signature or make some sort of mark to identify themselves as not being corporations.

in reference to the charter of the united nations, a special agency is an extremely vague thing. it is any agency established by inter-governmental agreement, and having wide international responsibilities, which enters into an agreement with the united nations"— and particularly with u.n.e.s.c.o. we have learned that u.n.e.s.c.o. though has been embroiled with all sorts of curious organisations.

Whatever broadband does, it does not lead to “a rapid socio economic development with improved standard of living”.

the upu has been used as a way for maritime law to come onto land. it has been a subtle and discreet encroachment into territories once governed by sovereign or constitutional equity law. it has happened over time. to facilitate this, local production of food, growth of supply networks, manufacture and distribution of food and goods has been refused financial support and in all ways been ‘got rid of’, specifically so that everything must be imported into the country. as any parcel comes across the sea it involves maritime law.

the reality for people is that corporations have weaponised all products, services and habitats, and now have turned our own bodies against us. a new lawsuit states the fbi was tracking “unvaccinated” new york city schoolteachers and employees using their fingerprints. the city gathered a list of its employees who refused to get the covid-19 shots, tagged them with a “problem code,” and flagged them to the fbi with a file that included their fingerprints.

not only were many people fired for refusing the covid shots, now their fingerprints are on record at the fbi with a flag. this scarlet flag could make it significantly more difficult to land another job, teaching or otherwise. the fbi is not the only federal department or agency tracking vaccine status. the centers for disease control and prevention (cdc) is rolling out four new codes, and men and women might be tagged with one of them. these new codes track people regarding their covid injection status and other vaccines. this even includes a code for tracking conversations about these shots and any “counselling” given “regarding the safety of a vaccine”.

the world economic forum has taken control of police forces in sovereign nations, even though this was not disclosed to the people. for many years there has been a great majority of mercenary forces and few officers acting under oath. in 2016, though, wef-recruited politicians ended all meaningful police and gardai oversight. policing now is to boost state money through fines and penalties. the alleged crimes are communication crimes. they are calling these anything from online harms to misinformation to disinformation to hate speech. in defining these crimes, the bills concentrate on the enforcement and punishments. for example, the police can enter our homes without a warrant, take our phones and other devices, claim 5000 euro for anyone in the house at the time who won’t or can’t give their passwords. men and women can be put in prison for at least one year. our whole jurisdiction becomes burdened with further debt and a criminal record.

the thing is, we did not employ and we do not want mercenary officers, that are not even recruited through the civil service anymore. they are employed by a corporation to police the people. many of us have written to ombudsmen contesting the extension of powers to police but it is as if nobody is listening and nobody is

There is even a “weather modification advisory board” directed by public law 91490 “on the future federal role in weather modification” where a report for the chairman of the committee of commerce was requested called ‘weather modification programs, problems, policies and potential’. weather manipulation is commercial and it is prioritising the data market above the food supply. whether the military or other corporations are the ones disrupting the weather over the land, and causing millions of pounds’ worth of damage and causing crops to fail, while blaming it on climate change, surely it requires the upu’s proper oversight?

we the people do not consent to the trailing of chemicals from planes, chlorine or fluoride in water, or cloud seeding although companies are allowed to advertise these services openly. as we speak, there has been 18 months’ of consecutive rainfall, in order to produce the 15 million litres of water the data centres need to keep them cool enough every day. the rain has washed away the nutrients from the soil and crops are failing. farmers are told the rain is caused by climate change. also, on tenuous grounds of carbon capture, growers are not allowed to buy compost that contains peat, the growing medium we have relied on for decades.

it is explicit. the committee of commerce and the military believe they own the weather. please masahiko, let them know categorically that they do not. if it turns out that they do own the weather, then surely they are responsible for the damage it does. like responsible pet ownership.
