It's being done to us right now - note how all your private bank accounts were magically transformed into Central Bank FedNow accounts with nobody the wiser?  QFS is not safe and new and free of taint; it's the same old Bad Boys in control and profiting from it.

They want to make money off of you, but even more, they want control of you and your credit and any physical assets you might have.

Remember, that in their hopelessly criminal banking system, when you make a deposit in one of their banks, they own your deposit. That's another change since the old days when things were sane.

COP30 COP OUT 3000+

 COP30 is more than a farce it is a huge racket. The Glasgow Net Zero team had already lost 41 billion pounds through 'poor recording' a year ago. Today they're talking about 1.3 trillion financed by us. They shouldn't be. allowed an overdraft let alone financing quadrillions of engineered microbes, each one a liability to our ecosystems and geo-engineering our weather for their own domination of resource-rich countries and now - literally - they're pushing unilateral coercive measures again . If you don't know what they are, just know that 135 nations got together in solidarity to reject them and the UN director just carries on as if he has a consensus. And the British environmental minister has been banging on about only taking 2 flights a year, has himself, taken 47...there are only 52 weeks in the year! What's more, he has commissioned a private jet to fly him not once but twice to the COP 30 as he wanted to get home for a family party in the middle of the conference, clocking up 16000 miles this week.

We have our own treacherous guys in Ireland pushing a bio-plastics industry here. They put out some nonsense today about Ireland's plastic, rounding up incoherently but with accusatory tone that the huge figure was 47kg per man woman and child here. The cheek of it when they've given permission left right and centre for PET plastic bottle factories, wound down our glass and any industry with dignity and value, handed our resources away, and also today pricing out all our lower impact businesses with their new tax. It is the unregulated multinational commercial wasteland, that was Ireland, not us.

And to ask us to allow Brazilian and Uruguay climate action products in is a bizarre request, especially when we have never been asked for our say so before. I do know that that sick English/US company Oxitec have just built the biggest GMO mosquito factory in Brazil, despite chronic variations of Zika following their last releases and the president is also an assistant director general of the WHO, so he agrees to anything, however experimental, however implemented on emergency grounds, however damning and dangerous for their population.

I know we all wanted organic food and an end to spraying pesticides, animal farming and ocean pollution but instead we have genetically engineered 'green technologies'. They are so much more dangerous than anything they've created before.

Climate change 'science'? Head of Swansea University, I think it was, handed in his report of change over time and what did the council say? You'll have to rewrite the figures.

Ireland need not for profit community banks

If banking as it is, is all fraud, all for profit, all for private interests, then we still need public banks.  In Germany only 12% of money is held by private banks. In Ireland 100% of banking facilities are private. The State wouldn't even use the Credit Unions where we had some savings relatively safe, or the Post Offices that could have been empowered to serve the community as banking services. What did the government do? Commissioned a report. The Indecent Report absolute rubbish, concluding that Ireland was very well serviced by banks and didn't need any more. Nowhere did it acknowledge that there is not one public bank and that means that no one's money is safe. And no one has any money and all money that is spent is spent on line further supporting international financial services and corporations and sucking all money out of the hands of the people, out of the country. 

Both these guys talk about circulating the money properly.

Amendments to the Green Party Policy on Public Banking

Additional considerations, as developed by Frances Micklem in consultation with Green Party Finance Committee Members – September 2020  

 

1. The deteriorating financial conditions in Ireland in connection with the pandemic, failure of private sector banks to serve Ireland’s entire population, including SMEs, and the accelerating worldwide climate crisis have created a true national emergency.  

2. The creation of an entirely new public banking infrastructure is an urgent necessity that crosses all political party lines.  

3. Public banking in Ireland should be viewed as a means for the nation to draw closer to the ideals and practical conditions prevailing in the EU, making consultation with the German Sparkassen system imperative.  

4. BREXIT makes Great Britain an unreliable banking partner for Ireland, thereby making the creation of an indigenous public banking system even more imperative.  

5. Public banking in Ireland should extend credit at the lowest possible interest rates, should operate on the basis of unsecured loans, should do everything possible to avoid seizure of peoples’ homes and businesses for default, and should do everything it can to create an atmosphere of customer-friendly banking.  

6. Public banking should work to raise the general level of financial literacy for consumers and businesses and should create confidence in the ability of people to survive and prosper financially.  

7. Public banking should become a key resource for the nation in extending the reach of family farming, family owned and operated business, local markets, community centres, affordable housing, vocational education, food self sufficiency, nutritional health, viability and prosperity of local markets, home based hand-made crafts and traditional industries, community ownership of soil and water resources, sustainable business and those in transition to organic or fair-trade certification and reduction of human generated waste.  

8. Public banking should support the movement of the population out of congested city centres and create altogether more livable conditions in towns, villages and rural areas.  

9. Public banking should support all movements, within Ireland and the EU, toward monetary policies based on a view of credit as a public utility and the urgent need to reduce national, communal and household debt.  

10. The public banking system should resist and eliminate any actions, within its scope of influence, to elevate financial power over human needs in the buying, selling, and transfer of assets and property within the nation.  

11. Public banks will operate as retail banks authorized to create money at a reserve ratio of 8:1 to 10:1.  

12. Creative methods will be sought to increase deposits in public banks of funds available as reserves such as the deposit by entities of EU grant monies.  

13. The public banking system will operate under local and regional authorities and be underwritten and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.  

14. A nonpartisan committee should be formed immediately to coordinate participation by all political parties in the drafting of public banking legislation and the introduction of this legislation as soon as possible. The committee should be authorized to hold funds providing for a small professional staff.  

15. The committee shall immediately launch a nationwide publicity campaign to explain the programme to the entire national population in order to garner political support for an early vote on legislation.  

16. Implementation of the public banking programme will begin no later than January 1st, 2022.  

17. Assistance during the legislative and implementation stages will be sought from Sparkassen of Germany.

Doctorates In Law Awarded

Poor Japan, 21 million people surveyed, 600,000 deaths and they got the global scale factories to produce self-replicating vaccines too. That means they can never be eliminated from the body - which are now being mandated in some countries. Japan are call it mass murder.

Third world countries have programmes that inject infants at birth at 3 days and ongoing at much regular intervals than here where 2 months in between is recommended. The pressure is to supposedly avoid diseases but everyone knows that infants do not have an immune system that young, so they are being injected with the diseases and whatever biotech they're now contaminated with and have no defences in place to kick start an antibody response.

Did the HSE think of downloading Ireland's data and analysing it or are we still going to say nothing and take advice from the WHO? I heard the HSE were doing a review of the pandemic recently. Pity we didn't wait for any information to reach the emergency teams during it. Every time I looked up the minutes of the meetings, the decision-makers were asking, pleading, begging, please can we have some data, we are making decisions for the country here, absolutely blind. And there was no science it turned out and now there is solid data to show people were harmed in every possible way.

On the radio I heard Boots Chemist offering Covid injections and with the flu injection. What an abominable concoction. Talking about one syllable of that word, did you know that semen were found to have been 100% replaced by the spike protein that the jabs kicked off in men's bodies? It's a miracle that anyone conceives or is left standing. Manufactured consent, so many adverse events.

Simon Coveney getting an honorary Doctorate in Law! Spare me ever having to address him as Dr! It's as bad Sir Jeremy Farrar. These titles are dissipated to the least honourable. I have even been in a court bringing a protected disclosure that Coveney originally recommended, only to find he'd instructed the court to hand the evidence back, and not lodge it in the law library, to protect his big meat heads. Literally, pig and cow slaughterers in layman's terms. So, we went to another lawyer to get help with the dangerous food safety breaches only to see Coveney on the television with a Chinese contingent of agricultural ministers from China, pontificating about Ireland's 'Robust food safety systems' that he'd be willing to share with them.  1993 of 2000 Word Sample of previous work I'd done and in fact my Grand father and father were the head of Oxford University Students Union at one time then another and my grandfather was the head of the college I was applying to to do my doctorate, for 21 years. I thought I was a good bet as probably capable of contributing to their academic output but no, maybe we'll share out the doctorates and give an Honorary Doctorate to Simon Coveney!

Synopsis of UPU Claim: Schedule of Harms, Losses and Injury through Fraud

Below are the areas for which I suggested that the UPU could take responsibility and affect system change via a mea culpa.

UPU harms in relation to men and women
It is not a definitive list of every harm but will help the UPU understand their authority, obligations, founding Universal Service Obligation, and my notice to Masahiko Metoki the UPU’s Director General for resolution, in July 2024.

Type of harm
Emotional / Psychological
Actions by the UPU and UPS that have caused mental anguish:
1. Postal Fraud: Delivering wrongly addressed and malicious demands.
2. Facilitating Tax and Bank Fraud, and therefore the experience, aiding and abetting of debt enslavement
3. Indemnifying mercenary officials to usurp the jurisdiction of men and women and laws of the land, through Admiralty law.

Inaction by UPU and UPS that causes mental anguish:
4. Failure to maintain its Universal Service Obligation, maintain a postal service.
5. Misappropriation of USO funds for military technology logistics 4.0, away from agreed-by-treaty postal and logistics services.
6. Notifications to cease and desist are never acknowledged. Genocide, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, exploitation, war and fraud are used as tools of corporate government and economy. The UPU presides by international treaty, over government, military, banks, courts and all other corporations and commerce, and yet the UPU does not insist these corporations acknowledge, respond or adhere to registered and official notifications.
7. Violations of UPU founding principles by allowing commerce, the lowest jurisdiction, to overpower superior jurisdictions.
8. The UPU has betrayed humanity, the unincorporated people, who brought the powers of the UPU into being, in leaving them with no recourse to their assets, courts, law, justice, governance, or the logistics to even conduct business, due to the monopoly of every product and service by corporations.

9. Censorship and defamation of men and women is made possible by the UPU, through international and national, public and private, written and digital communication.
The UPU was specifically founded to facilitate communication across the single postal territory, everywhere, to give people equal opportunity to conduct and participate in commerce.

Inflexible regimes and lack of choice.
10. The UPS is directly responsible for making the corrupt system intractable to resolution by insisting that we mis-identify ourselves as corporate entities, use their name for us, write in capital letters, and must fill in boxes - the four corner rule - to register postage. This makes people complicit in the postal fraud, necessitates that people step out of their jurisdiction and standing, facilitates unknowing joinder and renders their communication void.
11. Mocking. The UPU have made a mockery of human and animal suffering by allowing the false advertising of food and medical products through the postal and telecommunications networks. The UPS mocks men and women directly by denying our jurisdiction and refusing to acknowledge that they are the lawful owners, stewards and beneficiaries of all assets and enterprises.
12. Coercion. The UPU has actively engaged in the coercion of men and women into the diminished jurisdiction of a slave market, products, dead entities and collateral damage. The UPU operations committees have made the choice, repeatedly, to prevent peace, self-governance and honest banking by not providing a communications service for men and women.
The UPU has prevented informed consent - by a) not circulating critical information and by b) not delivering notification of people’s non-consent and finally by c) not admonishing or abolishing corporations pretending to be non-commercial public and diplomatic services.
13. Admiralty courts, with claims, charges, summons and sentences are legitimised by delivery by the Universal Postal Service Courts have further been allowed to enforce the criminal corporate agenda, incarceration and kidnap.
14. The UPU have removed all choices from commerce; sales, purchases, demand, ethics, quality and supply by facilitating unilateral coercive measures and trade treaties like CETA, so all people and some governments must buy, accept, swallow and adopt whatever weaponised technology is released, without regulation of safety or efficacy, and despite proof of harm, on penalty of prosecution and bankruptcy.

15. The UPU denies privacy, private property and the privacy of homes by treating them like a public post office where men, women and children can be subjected to threatening behaviour, bullying, intimidation, harassment, deliberate isolation, and deprivation in quick succession, by the postal delivery of fraudulent corporate claims on our property.

Financial
16. The UPS is associated with the misuse of money, delivering letters with un- cancelled stamps, like a franking machine which allows corporations to avoid liability and oversight by the Universal Postal Union.
17. The Universal Postal Union has facilitated the misuse and theft of valuables and property, as guarantees for loans and other fraudulent bills.
18. The UPU has the final authority over all commerce, including governments, corporate institutions, military, private banks and finance, and courts. All commerce is conducted through contracts. In full knowledge, the Universal Postal Union has overseen all the fraudulent contracts, unauthorised withdrawals from vulnerable people and indeed all men and women’s accounts. In addition, the UPU is perpetuating exploitation, pressure in connection with wills and inheritance and, of course, the first unconscionable theft of children, as infants, when they are registered to the state. Via birth certificates, children are quickly removed from their superior living jurisdiction and left within the maritime jurisdiction, as dead and lost at sea.

Physical
19. The UPU are complicit in the physical promotion - posted invitations and demands to attend - and logistics of administering the pharmaceutical products and implementation of military technologies across the world, and in space.
20. The UPU have failed to oversee the media which comprises of corporate bodies responsible for the messaging that made people accept the lies, restrictions and GMOs, and manufactured consent.

21. The UPU has not socialised or put on public record even one statement that would correct our status or alert people to the truth en masse. That is why the remedy must start with the UPU instructing post office networks to deliver an announcement confirming the superior jurisdiction of living people over corporations and apologising for the unchecked overreach, fraud, imprisonment and violence by governments, military, banks and courts and explaining how compensation will be paid.

22. Millions of people struggle to report the excess deaths, following the WHO recommendations and national mandates, but the UPU is not facilitating any rmonitoring system required by the people or egulation or exposure of conflicts of interest. The corporations are an existential threat to humanity. They intend to reduce the population. In my letter to Masahiko Metoki, the question could be asked, but I didn’t ask it: Have the Universal Postal Services received money to prevent public communication across the single postal territory, in the same way that the US military banned the Japanese from talking to each other or reporting their experience and aftermath of the radiation poisoning of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki nuclear bombs? The UPU is responsible for the great difficulty and distress people have had in reporting debilitating adverse effects, pain, injury and the deaths of their family members, other living things and environmental damage.

23. The UPU have always had the authority and grounds to prosecute, abolish and liquidate the corporations, institutions, agents and directors, since the UPU were made aware of treacherous contracts and partnerships being formed? Does this make the UPU complicit? Instead, while one court explores criminal ministerial misconduct, another finds that covid crimes meet the definition of a deployment of biological weapons, while another court upholds the official privilege rights of directors to not even be investigated. Simultaneously, in other countries again, experimental vectors and biological materials are being transported and administered to whole populations, where they are still promoted and even mandated. The people require a universal recognition of their legal authority to avoid the wasted time and stress of dealing with captured institutions and sometimes winning and sometimes losing.

24. The mea culpa - a self-blame decree would allow the UPU to deliver this universal recognition of their legal standing. At the moment, what has been

understood by men and women in one part of the world can still be kept secret by corporate influence from another, for trade purposes to sell to or deposit on other countries, particularly asset-rich countries like Rwanda, Palestine, Africa, and Indonesia. The reason for founding the UPU was to create a level playing field for international commerce of postal and logistics services for people to openly communicate about mutually beneficial exchanges.

25. Instead, corporations are making every country uninhabitable, through war, weather manipulation, starvation and the release of weaponized insects and other novel technologies. The UPU and International Telecommunications Union are perpetuating the latest fraudulent lies that humanity is 1) facing “climate change”, while omitting to mention the military weather modification advisory board and many commercial weather manipulation patents and 2) facing natural diseases and pandemics, omitting to mention the genetic engineering of lethal pathogens through gain of function and their spread through gene drives, to create a market for emergency profitable profits, approved at warp speed.

The UPU can stop the social, genetic and weather engineering by exposing the military, NATO and UN Security Council and various shadow directors, for violating international law. The UPU can also resolve the millions of claims against the perpetrators by demanding notifications delivered by the UPS are acknowledged. In the UPU’s original treaty is enshrined the authority to remove the power of attorney over the affairs of bankrupt persons and governments. The mea culpa is a peaceful, non-combative instrument that simply admits the flaws within its own organization, and commits to correcting them.

26) Preventing the scrutiny of patents and research is also a matter of access and communication, which puts it within the UPU’s remit to facilitate. We have known for decades of dual use research where publicly-funded medical research is allowed while the products and results of the research can then be kept secret on trade or security terms, allegedly to avoid misuse as a bioweapon, by ‘a bad actor’. From the beginning, the research was never to be shared and is only intended to proliferate multiple weapons of mass destruction for hostile applications by the corporations themselves. The UPU has the authority to refuse to register patents that might constitute a crime against humanity in themselves, such as exclusive rights to the computerisation of the human body or methods for smuggling IP Technology into

bacteria or genetic modification via electric pulse, in conjunction with the widespread roll-out of smart metres. Information and technology with capacity to harm and beyond human understanding, should not be hidden by the developers for profit.
27) The UPU have been negligent in its duty of care, in allowing genetic engineering and manufacture of biological agents and facilitating their movement around the world .

Although the Postal Service Courts in Britain have been vilified for ruining the lives of postmasters with wrongful prosecutions for the Horizon technology failures, the cases do demonstrate that the Universal Postal Service has judicial authority, jurisdiction and capacity to hold its own courts and deliver its own court orders. The government know very well that they are not in a position to hold the Post Office to account but all the UPU needs to do is socialise awareness of what the courts can and should do by treaty which is facilitate the removal of a government when necessary and provide communication to enable new structures to be discusses and facilitators elected.

Please consider how you might respond best to a certified class action of the whole jurisdiction of men and women in your superior court’.
