This is what is happening, no more explicitly than in Hawaii where 1000s of acres of private property and productive farmland are being rezoned vaguely as 'natural land' where people are not allowed to plant crops. This grabs food security as has happened in Ireland and everywhere else too. In Hawaii, it has been brought in as an Agirultural policy rather than as a legislation to see if they can bypass any push back on the misconduct in public office and the tyranny of implementing laws suggested by a foreign agency.
