Through systemic criminal misconduct in public office, for seventy years-now indemnified corporations, bank and postal fraud and genocide through radiation, electroporation, poisoning, impoverishment and displacement or debilitation through smart infrastructure,
men, women, land and sea animals, plants and I have suffered the theft of our jurisdiction, law of the land, structural integrity, self determination, health, ability to reproduce, provide for ourselves or benefit from any of our creative or contributory labour or endeavours. This is through commercially-motivated wars and fraudulent taxes, but more fundamentally through misrepresentation of living men and women as corporate entities. As corporations can only contract with other corporations and not with people, governments and the postal services have facilitated the private banks by refusing to acknowledge our living status, perpetuating the burdening with debts and making us wards of the State, or now making us criminals for protecting ourselves, seeking truth, justice, reparation and the return of the assets of intrinsic value.
On this day, Armistice Day, a day of remembrance, I require an urgent interim injunction on the UPU, UN, Security Council, WEF, Patents Office WIPO, WHO and all Collaborating Defence, Financial and Administrative Offices internationally, lest we forget the conflict of interests, profits and death toll brought about by hostile would-be governments, philanthropists and their unregulated - originally military and patented secretly - green and health technologies.
Monday 11th November, Armistice Day, is the day the WHO has marked to sign their Pandemic Treaty, thereby formalising into pseudo international law, the UN's war against humanity, extraction of wealth, license to create and release whatever biological agent, weather or other weaponised force on grounds of emergency measures.
The UN have already sought power of attorney over many sovereign nations by distributing and allowing the draw down of pandemic emergency funds, when no emergency has been declared. The interim injunction we require to prevent the signing of the WHO treaty, on the 11th November 2024, must render all previous agreements invalid, on grounds of fraud, gross misconduct in public office, manifest arbitrariness and genocide. The court will be able to decide which defendants should face extradition, but responsible men and women must form the new regulatory frameworks.
The harm we have suffered is partly due to the obliteration of regulation, through corporations lobbying governments to allow the products they want to sell, and the registering of unconscionable patents to prevent independent testing or oversight. In 2024 alone, some changes were made to the Rome Statute - where the UN stated that defining yourself as a man or woman is now a crime against humanity (treaty of
the 5th April 2024). The International Health Regulations and Amendments (1st December 2023). The Pact for the Future, and all the plans for future generations and the climate economy. All the deadlines have been met, and thousands of valid objections and rejections have been received by the UN and associated staff and financiers. Through the selective use of technology, the would-be authorities avoid addressing the objections, and ignore even registered post. The injunction must remain in place until a thorough investigation of the operational and financial due diligence is done and until reparations are made.
The harms we have suffered are irreversible on many counts, especially the contamination of the gene pool through engineered microbes for Carbon Capture and Storage, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and the production and deployment of billions breeding, GMO mosquitoes, whose food is inevitably human blood. Ten years ago there was a moratorium on even research of gene drives (GMOs engineered to pass to all future generations, however harmful to the species) in military, medicine, conservation and agriculture. Now they are being administered to whole populations, as 'self-replicating vaccines' including self-assembling nano bots. The bots are for surveillance, with no access provided to hospitals or EPA, to monitor or record adverse effects, emergence in municipal water supplies or new diseases, or persistence and mutation within the human and wider microbiome.
Ten years ago, planning applications for animal research facilities, 5G masts, wind farms, high voltage pylons and substations, and genetic modification were refused on humanitarian and public health grounds. They weren't efficient, safe, recyclable or necessary. They did not provide work. They could not be justified on scientific or economic terms.Thousands and millions of us fought and died for this result, researching, surveying, studying for months, losing valuable years of our lives and peace of mind in anticipation of the destruction of our homes, aware that each proposal had been shown to extract 60% of the value from local property and make life untenable afterwards, from the vibrations and radiation. I have payed up to 150 euros to even lodge an objection. In addition, every name and address of people opposing developments was shared with the developers, most notably Shell in the West of Ireland who have been in court before in regard to the deaths of the "Orgoni 9", so our names should have been protected. Police forces have been enlisted in defence of corporate operations for a long time but only since 2016 have they been directly under WEF control. We have all been targeted. I haven't been able to live at home for over 18 months. Now, national planning offices have approved these applications with no public consultation, no independent regulation, no guidelines, no recourse for injuries, and no benefit.
Since 2007, I have entered public proposals and policies for consideration, to the Irish, British and European governments. I used the tendering process for government contracts and large incentives like Green Deal money and participation in policy groups to show how biodiversity objectives could be met and acknowledge the sentience of farmed animals, and achieve compliance. My objections and solutions have been ignored and funds misappropriated, with the protection of the environment and natural health being completely hijacked by a new natural asset class worth 30 trillion, now being traded on the Stock Exchange. Carbon credits are being traded by governments, on vast power plants and generators, as assets, even when there are no connecting cables to or from them to deliver energy and there is
no record being maintained for if, and how much, energy is generated.

Military exercises, using existing weather patents, are being overlooked as disasters are wrongly assigned to extreme weather events caused by climate change. Protected disclosures to the European Commission by four employees of Spain’s Meteorological Agency have confessed that Spain is being sprayed nationwide by aircraft that are spreading lead dioxide, silver iodide and diatomite through the atmosphere. The objective is to keep rain away and allow temperatures to rise... In turn this is causing very severe instances of the extreme weather phenomenon known in Spanish as ‘gota fría'.
The autonomous communities of Murcia and Valencia and the province of Almeria are the most affected, to the extent that not a drop of rain falls in over seven months, catastrophic ‘gota fría’ storms are generated, and respiratory diseases are caused among the population due to the inhalation of the lead dioxide and other toxic compounds. July 2024 Forwarded the Appeal (to the Federal Supreme Court) to the UPU to settle, as that was the correct jurisdiction as postmaster. Rather than confront the corporate would-be global governing bodies, I asked that the UPU issue a mea culpa in relation to postal fraud and on the grounds that the UPU themselves are failing in their Universal Service Obligation, upon which all commerce depends. Indeed they intended to drop their USO altogether and 60 union delegates travelled to Switzerland in May 2024 to insist that they maintain their USO, particularly in relation
to postal parcels and logistics. The entire billions of USO funding in 2022 had been misappropriated and given away to the digital communications body to build military surveillance infrastructure, under the heading 'communications' and 'logistics 4.0'

The inversion of all that makes sense, or holds up to deliberation and discernment,
made me feel despair at times. Being called 'far right' and worse for asking for due diligence made me feel polarised, when I know full well that we are all one, with only illusory differentiations.
When my father died of his vaccine injuries having tried to refuse the shots, I was one of three executors but was excluded from every decision, let alone allowed any rigour in dealing with his affairs. Education and Mea Culpa
This is going to be a long complex process for many people to understand, that is why I believe that the Universal Postal Union and national governments and indeed the offices of all who are prosecuted must issue a mea culpa. Every letter that come through people's doors or to their post office depot if their homes are gone, must return their credit, their status correction credentials if people want them - like mine attached confirming that I am a living woman and free to travel, although it should soon become a given, with papers or not. It is the corporations that are the criminals not the people and the mea culpa and media should share the good news that men and women hold superior jurisdiction to governments, corporations, banks and courts. Education can begin that these are all commercial enterprises now exposed and deposed for the misspending of public money and we, in truth, are the intrinsic value.
As personal and national debts are cancelled, sovereignty will naturally be restored. Communities may start to share ways to regulate and produce that are decent. What has happened through fraud and misconduct in public office must become common knowledge and people must hear the commitment that we will receive compensation. This is the only political body that has dedicated the last 10 years at least and has the legal resources to envisage a non-exploitative economy. I believe that public law is still successful in India so they might provide a judicial model that could be applied elsewhere.
The court could require the post offices be used as public banks; an access point for people to receive their compensation and resources, financial and logistical.
