Safe, Orderly and Regular! Most people you speak to see migration as an absolute tragedy, women and children abused on every border, desperate, vulnerable and in shock with no food, belongings or future but it turns out that is exactly how the United Nation!s wants us. Broke and homeless. And notice how this is the UN in New York, not Switzerland. The US feels it should be there permanently. And maybe it should as at least that would be show who is in charge. And then there's the slimmest of chances that the organization would have less diplomatic immunity if it was moved but not much.

out in Yogyakarta, Semarang, Bandung, West

Jakarta, Bontang, Kupang, and soon in Bali.

Because there has been no long-term

study and risk analysis for humans and the

environment regarding the spread of mosquitoes,

this will pose a risk to the safety

and health of workers.

There are also still unclear regulations

and legal means regarding who is responsible

if the release of mosquitoes exposed to

Wolbachia bacteria causes unpredictable damage

to human health and the environment."

This is the first inter-governmentally negotiated agreement, prepared under the auspices of the United Nations, covering all dimensions of international migration in a holistic and comprehensive manner" The only way it is holistic and comprehensive is as a business plan. The UN goes on to say "It demonstrates commitment to "strengthen the contribution of migrants and migration to sustainable development." I don't think people know they are contributing to the SDGs as they drag their broken limbs from pillar to post but just as long as someone is getting some profit from it, I will endeavour to flag this up too at the Appeal. The same day I recorded We are not nomads, we tend crops, it turned out the Irish government was voting to pass their decision-making to Europe. I don't think they can do that can they without a referendum? And they certainly shouldn't do that on the same day that the President of the European Commission was asked about her private deals with Pfizer. This is a bloodbath and no longer are we collateral damage we are financially liable for keeping this show on the road and financially liable for questioning it...as it is bound to count as un-loving speech or adversarial.

Government Bows to EU Pressure, Votes to Open Floodgates for More Migrants – Asserts Rural TDs

Not a WHA Vote but a Done Deal

The Dáil last night voted 71 to 58 against a motion tabled by the Rural Independent TDs, effectively quashing any chance of proper public scrutiny of the EU Migration and Asylum Pact. This move, which the Rural TDs claim is a betrayal of national sovereignty, democracy, and public policy scrutiny, starkly highlights the government’s disregard for public concerns.

Rural Independent Group Leader, Deputy Mattie Mc Grath, expressed profound disappointment at the government’s decision to conceal the truth about the consequences of the EU Migration Pact from the Irish people. Speaking from Leinster House, Mc Grath stated:

“In a calculated move to obscure the true implications of the EU Pact, the government has blocked the publication of the Attorney General’s advice, refused to conduct a financial assessment of the costs, and denied the facilitation of an open, transparent national-level public debate before the required final vote in each House of the Oireachtas.”

“This vote, supported by Fianna Fail, Fine Gael, the Green Party and many missing deputies is a stark betrayal of democracy and an erosion of our national sovereignty. It underscores the coalition’s single-minded objective: to let the open borders policy run unchecked, regardless of the concerns of the Irish electorate.”

“At a time when our government is attempting to shift blame onto the UK for our inward asylum seeker challenges, it’s baffling how they would allow decisions for immigration, asylum, and migration policy to be moved from Dublin to non-elected officials in Brussels. This decision, coupled with deliberate attempts to conceal the true facts surrounding the consequences, smacks of a cynical ploy to curry favour with EU elites. It is perhaps the greatest act of turning its back on the Irish people since independence. This is especially disheartening as it undermines our democratic principles and disregards the concerns of our citizens in communities across the country.”

Yesterday, we witnessed the government moving asylum seekers from one tent encampment in Dublin city centre to another encampment in a rural area. The only policy the government seems to have is ‘out of sight out of mind’ rather than dealing with immigration in a comprehensive and robust manner that protects our borders and is predicated on our housing and social services capacity limitations.

The government’s decision to block the transparency our group’s motion sought in the Dáil, and instead to force ahead with the EU Migration Pact, without transparency or public debate, is a betrayal of the Irish taxpayer and a blow to communities across the country who are expected to bear the brunt of the government’s illogical and detrimental immigration policies.

We condemn the government and those who failed to vote to bury transparency in the strongest terms. The only option is for the electorate to give this government a very clear message in the forthcoming local and European elections on June 7th.

Once again, it’s evident that the government is overlooking the potential costs and implications of the EU Migration Pact. It’s expecting the public to passively accept decisions on immigration, even though they are the ones shouldering the financial burden and welcoming asylum seekers into their communities. The government’s acquiescence to the Brussels elite equates to transferring control over immigration from Dublin to Brussels, leaving Irish taxpayers to cover the costs. This is alarming, particularly as we remain in the dark about the potential financial impact due to the Minister’s failure to provide a detailed breakdown. It’s worth noting that expedited processing of all asylum applications is a domestic responsibility and can be achieved independently of this Pact.

Irish evidence sent: This notice is to confirm my support for the Appeal and the reference as item 20 connected to the Raymond Crotty vs An Taoiseach Irish Supreme Court Ruling 1987. Justice Hederman ruled that the Irish Government (the Cabinet) cannot fetter parts of the Irish Constitution given unfettered to the Irish People in international treaties, that the Government was the guardian of, not the disposer of the Constitution. It is quite concise and clear.

This is a central part of the legal endowment of the Irish People. The majority ruling in favour of Crotty requires the Irish Government to go to the Irish People by way of referendum on any international treaty that would otherwise diminish the rights of the Irish People given to them under the Irish Constitution. It is the intention however of the Cabinet not to do so.
Taken together the WHO plans to give itself unilateral authority to declare early emergencies and pandemic health emergencies of international concern through its Director General and advised by its Chief Scientific Officer, without reference to members and treaty signatories.

In connection with the IHR the amendments already the term ‘non-binding’ has been replaced over 160 times with the word ‘Shall’ featuring prominently. It requires members to restrict free speech and counter science under the guise of policing the WHO definition of misinformation.
It requires nations to treat pathogens as national assets for gain of function enhancements for which vaccines can be rushed from Labs to Arms in under 100 days, with full indemnity to pharmaceutical manufacturers many of which directly or indirectly fund the WHO, this includes its biggest private funder the ‘Gates Foundation’.

The Covid Pandemic makes clear that the WHO is captive to a powerful nexus of Pharma and compromised Regulators, establishing a model that bypasses national democratic chambers and representative democracies in favour of the WHO as the centralised control, heralding an assembly line of PHEICS and ‘Vaccines’ issued under Emergency Use Authorisation and which pose an existential threat to public health and must be challenged. In particular the WHO abandoned its policy not to lockdown societies for respiratory viruses due to the greater collateral health damage created by lockdowns and, furthermore it promoted the use of PCR tests set at greatly elevated amplification that created a phantom pandemic constructed on false positive data that the WHO extended into reporting false deaths from Covid.

It further proposes to extend its remit over Animal and Plant health involving air, water and climate change, which effectively is the whole pot.

It must be stopped.

The Court can be supplied with copious proofs that support the above from eminent health scientists, doctors and lawyers, including from Irish constitutional experts
