Isn't There A Biological Weapons Convention?

More Mosquitoes in a British, American Biological Proliferation on Brazil

This is what Grey Frandsen wrote from Oxitec: 🚀🚀🚀🚀 to 💯 million people! Very, very proud to announce that this week
Oxitec has broken ground on what will be the world's largest hashtagWolbachia hashtagmosquito technology factory, a massive state-of-the-art facility that will generate supply capable of protecting up to 100 million people in hashtagBrazil and globally from the rapid rise of dengue. It's one of a few such facilities planned globally to build out the Sparks™ platform to protect 1 hashtagbillion people by 2040. The exciting part of this is the same with all of Oxitec's big breakthroughs - we formed a global coalition comprised of the best minds and organizations in hashtagscience, hashtagengineering, hashtagarchitecture, hashtagentomology, hashtagsoftware, hashtagquality, hashtagprocess, hashtaglogistics, hashtagconstruction, hashtagrobotics, hashtagpublichealth, hashtagregulatoryaffairs, hashtagsupplychain and more to build something uniquely suited to make big advances in the fight against the rising tide of vector-borne diseases. This facility will also serve as yet another new benchmark for how companies scale innovations professionally and rapidly, when and where needed. Plenty more to come, but work has begun!

Article about Oxitec breaking ground on the world's hugest GMO Mosquito factory

My response: Poor old Brazil, after the last millions of Aedes Aegypti passing no import or export regulations, drove Zika to move from a harmless cold to a baby head shrinking calamity. Did you get their consent this time? No, I don't suppose so. You will have received my notice (now at this link and used successfully, thank God, to stop the sick deployment of (don't forget human blood dependent) mosquitoes in Bali, complete with Wolbachia IP technology (yes you heard right : Internet Protocol Technology and as you will read: Oxitec has still not produced environmental impact statements, endangered species assessments, or studies on human health impacts. http://healingbyfranc.blogspot.com/search?q=gmo+mosquitoes I'm not proud, I loathe what you are doing and what you have done.
