Reservoir Judicial Review Concludes Today

Reservoirs - millions of tonnes of water in man-made 25 metre high banks...what can go wrong?

As Global Head for Social Justice I had to share again my notice assigning personal liability for a reservoir the size of Gatwick Airport on a flood plane, which the public have rejected. I was, and am still, asking for financial and operational due diligence. The judicial review is happening now. I wonder if any of the questions have been answered.

Reservoirs lack of financial and operational due diligence

What is the plan to sort out previous and current contamination and leaks by this company? Is the CEO of Thames Water aware of the consequences of being the official implementer of a project built to facilitate military objectives.

The tunnels supposedly to fill the reservoir are twenty metres deep and 6 metres in diameter and run from the river beside Culham nuclear research facility. CERN themselves admit the need for constant water to keep their colliders, and data generated, cool enough to be safe...ish. CERN are being welcomed to Ireland but how much of an inroad have they made to Britain already? Is it also significant that the Chinese government owns 10% of Thames water? What interest and control do they have over the project? No one at the meeting I attended could confirm or deny the reservoir would contain Chinese industrial waste fluoride.

Parameters for water testing will have to be detailed and not just 'pesticides' or 'microbes' because laboratories ask for active ingredients and exact gene sequences to set parameters to test for the presence of toxins. I gave the example of Glyphosate and AMPA, from Round Up, which is not tested for, in drinking water (nor in Ireland) while being the most common farm spray and glyphosate being carcinogenic and accumulative in our bodies, disabling 4 digestive enzymes in even trace amounts.

Patented engineered microbes

And what about engineered microbes, with the capacity to persist in the water and transmit pathogens and disrupt ecology and human health through gene transfer? mRNAand other bio technologies remain patented, making it impossible for environmental protection or even detection, to assign liability or compensation for damages.

Antibiotics

Also how will Thames water keep antibiotics out of the water. Consider the anti-biotics which are given so liberally to young farm animals instead of leaving them to gather an immune system of their own, through their mother's colostrum.

GMO Mosquitoes

In the Abingdon reservoir vicinity, antibiotics are used alternately with serum from unborn calves, to conduct the laboratory production of genetically engineered mosquitoes in Milton trading Estate. The combination of a vast uncontrolled breeding ground such as the still water of a reservoir could produce a genetically engineered larvae crisis, such as Sri Lanka is experiencing. This is not even harmless biomass as the insects have a kill switch and varioius deformities to prevent them succeeding, like deformed mouths to stop biting and breeding and an inability for females to reach maturity. If any of these edits transfer to other birds, fish and water life, the area could start to see filarial diseases, river blindness and elephantitis, alongside an infestation of human blood dependent insects that cannot be contained or stopped.

Who will be liable?

Nutrient leaching and the climate economy

Farmers have endured 18 months of consecutive rainfall. This has leached nutrients from the soil and the ban on peat as a medium has meant that soils have no water retention any more leading to further loss of fertility, through leaching and then almost instant drying out in any short dry spell.

We make an absolute and categorical rejection of the reservoir. In your review, I hope you will look for full disclosure of who is set to benefit from this, what are the actual risks, and purpose of the project, and identify the international and existential threats.
