Without explanation, let alone public consultation or consent, locals were sort of informed that 200 million mosquito eggs were to be distributed in Bali.

Then it came to light that the release had been granted an

Exemption from risk analysis

- in regard to human health impact or environmental impact.

Then it came to light that it is a

Gene Drive

- a new technology that is considered so dangerous and so uncontrollable that it is internationally forbidden for open air release my military, agriculture and conservation organisations world wide. Only the World Health Organization funded 10% by Bill Gates is pushing for their release. And don't forget, as we speak, the WHO are pushing their Amendments under the heading Pandemic Treaty, which would give them full decision-making power over all governments. Release or mandating of any measure or product they choose to create a market for - like Gene Therapies (re-defined as 'vaccines' to manufacture consent) PCR Tests, lock downs, climate action, all of which will create a great uptake in public spending on all technology services and bio-tech products.

So I sent these to the National Security Department. They had not been informed of the release either.

In the conference below they say how they are not "genetically modified mosquitoes" they are all natural mosquitoes and all natural wolbachia bacteria. This is not true. Using automated microinjections to insert a bacteria into the sperm and eggs of a living organism until they are assimilated into their genetic make up for all future generations, is a common form of gene editing - natural elements or not.

And the Wolbachia is not natural. It is a Wolbachia IP Technology which means it contains a nano connection via internet to the Microsoft's Artificial Intelligence data base.

Every mosquito will be receiving and transmitting data...from our blood.

But I didn't know that when we submitted this first report.

We thought IP stood for Intellectual Property.

1. The diseases they claim to reduce have been used as bioweapons before

2. The Genetically Engineered Mosquitoes produce are an experiment

3 The Wolbachia bacteria that the mosquitoes have been infected with is genetically engineered.

4. Unacceptable Risk of contamination of water and other species as eggs and larvae and biomass spend weeks in water courses, as food for birds, fish and other insects and Wolbachia has been shown to cause and exacerbate tropical diseases in humans.

5 Safety Testing is impossible as protocols are the same as chemicals whereas living organism and microorganisms spread and can only be scorched to contain them

(like Maui - who was facing into a 20 year mosquito programme - 164 drone drops a week since May, before it was burnt/radiated, possibly intentionally - This is not for me to prove but Indonesia's government and all governments need to consider before letting the same pattern emerge. But that is for another day, where I will share the next piece of research I was asked to complete.

7. Gain Of Function experiments are allowed because companies are allowed to create disease mutations that "could cause a pandemic" and that "could happen in nature", in order to prepare a vaccine. But then they do not have to share their research for independent safety testing, on grounds of National Security and bio-safety and on grounds of patents.

could veto this release. And there is no way to stop it once is has begun.

And possibly an uprising of men and women, who know they should have been consulted. But that is not allowed in Bali. This is where International pressure can step in, as if we don't call out the WHO now and their real agenda, no one in any country will have a choice, or be able to act to protect themselves or their environment.
