Communications of every kind

Thanks for the ideas about contacting TV3 and other stations. This is a learning curve for me as I don't even watch telly. Prefer to keep my head clear! Nonetheless, making our own TV programme sounds great. As one or two people we're visiting speak to animals on a regular basis and so do we, it could turn into quite a story. Voices for Animals, part two hopefully!

Susi is going out of internet coverage for the next week - I know its called a world wide web but that doesn't include outer space, I think that must be where the party is. So if you think of something that requires immediate action, please let me know instead!

There have been some mega clearings this week, most of which I'd highly recommend everyone does for themselves and their friends. While we believe and identify with a whole lot of bleak things, we're only creating more. We need to saturate ourselves in good feelings. Dream them up if you have to and practice night and day! The sort of people we meet and experiences we have are a fantastic mirror of how we're feeling, not the other way around. So lets pull our attitudes up in every area. Let go of the past, be generous, forgiving, supportive...start with yourself! We really do need to get empowered, need to start feeling the confidence that should come from knowing we can create anything.

1. Clear any parts of your heart beset by the attitude that 'noone really gives a damn' - don't be surprised if you get the initial answer from the pendulum that more than half your heart's vibrations are at a standstill because of this random belief!
2. Betrayal
3. Unacknowledged Grief
4. Family Constellations - your ancestors
5. Security/Supportedness
6. Horror

Number 6 was my favourite. Have a look at your DVD collection and notice what makes you tick!
I also liked number 5. Its a reminder that clearing for positive developments is really the way forward. We're effectively creating a flow of energy in a new direction, towards a different way of being.

Other highlights to share with you are Eric Dowsett is around for the summer and up for clearing if anyone is missing me; Rosemarie Durr Pottery in Castlecomer is giving me loads of work so I'm grateful for that - and making beautiful pots too obviously, so maybe see you there before I go; I'm also recommending to all horse lovers - Ivan Kelly for training and Leslie Physiotherapist for a twinge-free trusty steed, respectively.

Circulate, don't isolate!

The number one guiding principle this summer is circulate, don't isolate.

Last friday I was in RTE Studio One getting genned up on how to record a radio documentary. Everyone was very excited by the use of sounds and building images and evoking feelings and all that. I heard some amazing ones about a girl with an autistic brother, the thirst and danger for mexicans crossing the desert to get in to the US and the dilemma of mice moving into one's house in winter! I came away, very hopeful that our application for use of their equipment will be one of the winning ones.

We will circumnavigate the 32 counties anti clockwise and I hope to interview everyone we meet on our way, thereby building a much wider conscious community. I always call it a conscious community but it might be better to call it a kind community or a compassionate community. There are many good people around, who care about life in all its silky, furry, feathered and foliaged forms but they haven't been so far united. Most of the decisions are made by large industry with money as a goal or individuals, in fear that they will not have enough for themselves, who are neglecting their animals and the environment and keeping all sorts of conflict going.

On the trip, we hope to clear some of this fear. Current clearings we have lined up are a sinister looking derelict castle in the Burren and a beautiful care home in Kildare. We will also be in the North for a week, historically, of great conflict - 12th to the 16th July... another opportunity for great energetic healing if we can hold a space for it (and not get carted off by mistake)! There are already three houses lined up to clear of geopathic stress - one manifesting in the family as symptoms of Parkinsons, one as grief and in another household as night terrors or sleeplessness (on a good night!)

So far, we will visit a visionary GP in Carlow Town; a Western Trail Riding Centre in Portlaoise; White Thorn Healing - an equine therapeutic holiday centre in Sligo, and the IHWT in Wicklow- who rehabilitate retired race horses. Both Rosie and Windy are technically retired race horses, although Windy was always meant for the grace of dressage! We intend to compete somewhere along the line and do a little fundraising at the show. The Glasrai Health Food Shop in Gowran is going to give us a vegan hamper so we won't go hungry for the first week and Hemp and Things, the health food shop in Cahirciveen, Kerry has also promised us some ingredients. We will have to live off fresh air in between times but I have always been interested in becoming a breatharian.

Our route is loosely from Kilkenny, Carlow, Portlaoise, Wicklow, Dublin, Leitrim, Navan, Cavan, Monaghan, Tyrone, Down, Derry, Donegal, Sligo, Mayo, Galway, Clare, Connemara, Kerry, Cork. Please let us know of anyone who might let us stay in during the Cork, Wexford, Waterford leg of the journey in August. Thank you very much for your support so far. We have also been in touch with Nationwide and South East Radio and done a Profile with Aisling Hurley for the Kilkenny Reporter yesterday, so hopefully word will get around and some good'll come of it all!

There are two quizzes already set up - one in the Woodenbridge Hotel, Arklow, Co. Wicklow on the 9th July and one on Valentia Island, in the Royal, on the 28th July. Please let people know to come or make a donation or something to make them a good occasion.

The main summer drumming session is happening here a week on Saturday 26th at noon.

I will also be running a residential clearing workshop again on Valentia from the 27th to the 30th July if any committed energy workers want to get away to paradise for more inspiration.

I'm looking for someone lovely to rent this place while I'm away!

Does anyone know of anyone who would like to rent my house for the two months that I'm away fundraising? July and August! I'm sure someone must be working in the area or here on holidays but I haven't found them yet and its suddenly getting close so please spread the word for me. It'd be 700 a month. It has sort of all mod cons, plus much tranquility and guaranteed wonderful energy! Thanks a lot!

PAWS....on tour

This is the press release that will hopefully wing its way to newspapers:

Two women and their horses go on tour to raise funds for the ISPCA and PAWS
Fancy having your property and heart cleansed from environmental energy and its adverse effects while raising money for the animal charities?
Two women, Frances Micklem and Susi Allen are taking their horses around the highways and by-ways of the country from July 4, for two months, in a bid to help humans and animals.
Ms Micklem, a healer, is undertaking the tour because she believes that “People all over Ireland are finding ways to live an integrated life. If we can connect with these people in person and through the documentary we hope to do, there is huge potential to create a wave of energy and interest in animal welfare, peace and nature. Everything's connected and animals have an essential role in every healing process as far as I can see."

If lots of people pass through your building, whether it is a business or home, it would be advisable to have your space cleared and ideally learn how to keep it clear.
Ms Micklem clears environmental energy and its adverse effects. She also clears the human history of a place.
“You would be amazed how many memories are stored in a house or even a field. For example, if the previous couple that owned your house separated, it is very likely that your relationship will break down. We are literally stepping in and out of other peoples’ shoes,” she added.
The third part of the process is to clear the metals and other toxins in the ground and people. This often includes mercury poisoning, a residual from a lifetime of mercury fillings. It will also address illness. Cancer has been linked to people living in buildings founded on granite.

They start off on their tour July 4 in County Kilkenny. Then onto Co Laois, Kildare on the 6th and 7th, 8th and 9th Co Wicklow, Meath the 11th followed by counties Cavan, Monaghan, Tyrone, Antrim, Derry, Donegal, Sligo, Galway, Clare, Limerick, Kerry, Cork, Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford, Carlow and Kilkenny.

Creating what you want and non-judgement

Last week I was into manifestations. The premise is ‘thoughts become things.’ The system is:
Choose something.
Wish for it; really dream it up and think of it, then clear any obstacles to wishing for it. These are always unconscious but powerful gatekeepers to your creativity. Sometimes known as limiting beliefs! Clear them, even if you don’t identify what they are. Who cares. If they’re slowing you down, ditch them.
Desire it. This is a getting in touch with the feeling, the ‘feel good factor’ on your system, of this thing you’ve chosen. Clear any obstacles to desiring it.
Intend it. Remember that we have the infinite organizing power of nature to play with and seriously suggest that it comes about. Clear any obstacles to fully intending this occurrence. If you can, picture it in 3D.
Passion. Be passionate about it. This means commit yourself. Clear any obstacles to graciously receiving the answer to your prayers! Obstacles might be guilt, undeservingness, independent values etc. It doesn’t matter though, they’ll clear either way.
Notice. Many people struggle with a cognitive dissonance. This is the inability to notice. You can’t see what has changed or is changing. Your perceptions and beliefs fall behind and try to ignore the awakening of your conscious creativity and the new power of increased awareness. If, in the past, we have identified with feeling insignificant or unlucky or isolated, it takes self discipline and courage to take on the new experience of being an effective, loved and respected person for instance.

This week, its about not taking judgements seriously. We make a judgement every second or so. These range from, ‘I’m late’ to ‘that was rude’ to ‘think this milk’s gone off’ and every other direction too. Every judgement is a stress on our systems. They confirm opinions and beliefs and misconceptions. They are a stress because they say over and again, in countless ways, that ‘I am not alright’ and ‘this is not alright’. They relentlessly point out a discrepancy between being alright and how things are! So, we need to bring our judgements into harmony. The system is:

Sit still. Listen to your self. Activate your senses. Spend time in the present moment by identifying feelings, thoughts and physical aches and pains. Listen to your outside world too - birdsong, mowers, silence if you’re lucky. Then you start to notice the judgements.
To let them go just say: ‘this is neither good nor bad, it just is’ Keep clearing until you feel totally okay about it.

We hold on to many judgements because there’s a consensus that they are ‘right!’
Violence, aggression, cruelty, injustice, debt and illness are surely bad we might argue. But remember, if it gets you going, it means its an energetic frequency still scratching away in your unconscious....an unconscious thought, fear or belief in any of those things is creating more conflict. Try it, try saying ‘any behaviour or neglect is neither good nor bad, it just is’ To start with the mind will fight back going: 'But, but, but, we have to fight. What about me? or What about a fairer world?!' But I’m sure that for inner peace, the answer is allowing everything. Making everything ok with you. I bet you fifty cent, the outer world will mirror this peace and all information and people will be able to co-exist compassionately. It has to start inside each of us that's all.

In regard to the 3 judgements I had this morning, my internal dialogue went something like this;
‘I’m late’...but thankfully my true self is timeless, so I will associate with that part of myself and if I have to mix with someone who hasn’t grasped that yet, I will apologize. So no energy was spent in regret and urgency.
‘That was rude’... but thankfully everyone is just an unloved part of myself showing up, so no need to take offense. I choose not to. I said instead: ‘thank you for reminding me that I’m still taking things personally. I must be really nearly ready to let that go now its come into my awareness so clearly!’
‘The milk is off’ but thankfully slightly soured milk is good for bread dough.

One's inner world is a strange place isn't it!
A good time to explore how you are is when you are waking up. Be kind and sympathetic.
